The manager on shift am 10am shift on this of 03/24/2026. He was rude and disrespectful to the older employee server. I Ordered a full order of a grit breakfast with heavy grits. The manager was working the grill and made it wrong and when the server let him know he started yelling at her and told her to tell me the customer he wasn't correcting his mistake. And told him he eat it i asked for and was willing to pay extra. He was a tall white caucasian white guy with glasses. The group of people that was with me are going to leave bad reviews also. Don't support this waffle house when he is there working.

Sat down looked at but not adressed till another employee said something to heraround 5min got the order in still no drink order still not called SMH not sure what is going on here but SMH food comes 20mins so I'm 25min no drink food comes and was wrong and bacon burnt hash. Not cooked still no drink 😑 server Hannah could care less about the customer smh

They only offer a to go window for their convenience. Still expect a tip. The cook cut his hand and instead of going to the bathroom he stood in the middle of the cooking area slinging blood around and dripping it on everybody’s food. Place is disgusting and the employees treat customers like crap.

Ordered to-go for my grandpa. 2 Egg breakfast W/ cheese, (added 2 extra eggs) grits, sausage, and toast. Very friendly staff, welcoming place. The only issue was there wasn’t any cheese that I added to my order.
