My grandson wanted a waffle at 3 in the afternoon so we enjoyed a quick, sweet ,and tasty waffle on Russell Parkway Waffle House. Service was great, very friendly and patient with my little grandson. We really enjoyed our visit.

The Cook/Chef 👩🏼🍳 at this location (I wish I'd caught his name) is wonderful. Cooks your food exactly how you ask him to and he says he's worked with WH for many years. I'll always try to catch him working because it's really worth it.

Only 4 stars because the parking lot can be a bit suspect before daylight on the weekends. Not the stores fault directly but there have been times I have just left due to overwhelming weed smell, and lots of folks talking VERY loudly in the parking lot. Food is always good but at times the service can be a bit off, seems to depend on the customer crowds inside. At times it's hard to tell if there's an actual manager on site. It is still MILES better than the store on Watson near the hospital, I'll never go to that location again. this location is good just watch the parking lot...again no/ really their fault.
