Store is hot. Employees are rude and unhelpful. Also more cashiers are needed. Not all people can or want to do self checkout. It is taking away jobs. Customer service doesn't exist.

I love this Walmart. It's huge but really organized. I don't see many clutters in the shopping area, which means the management team in this place really taking care of the store properly.

This store does not care about its customers at all. During peak business hours they only have three registers open and lines that are so long that they're blocking traffic cutting across main islands. I was here at 2:00 p.m.Management here has an attitude towards its customers and very snippy when you address things to them. Very frustrating. They're doing this so they don't have to pay their employees and want us to work for Walmart for free by scanning and checking your own sales out. I don't work for free.They pay their employees

Attempt at stocking during high volume is great, but stockers hinder shoppers ability to get to the products. Catch-22 situation I know. Other situation, when needing a staffer to assist in locating a product, there's no one to be found, or one willing to help is clueless on where the product may be. Constant issue of never having enough registers open to handle the check out crowd. Better efficiency is needed, and it starts with management.

Excellent curbside pickup of order placed online. The employees picked wonderful produce and every item ordered was in the crate. Thanks WalMart, great job and way way beyond Target in service as well as freshness and all around value! Anyone shopping Target is fooling themselves.

I enjoy shopping at this Walmart. Joseph in produce is always helpful and he works hard to keep produce stocked. He is always pleasant and willing to check for a particular item I'm looking for. He seems to enjoy his work and helping customers.Employees in general have become more friendly and helpful over the years. I do wish the meat department would keep the plastic bags available. I always have to ask for them and there used to be two dispensers. Please add another.One suggestion is to train ALL employees to return lost items to customer service. Last Christmas Eve, I ran in to get a Christmas card. I was there for FOUR HOURS bc I lost my car keys. The first place I checked was CS. I retraced my steps over and over, and one employee, (I wish I could remember his name,) helped me look. I was frantic since no one had access to my spare keys. After 4 LONG hours, I mentioned to the greeter by the entrance near the pharmacy that I lost my keys in sheer desperation. I was VERY HAPPY that a customer had found them in the parking lot and turned them in to her. Maybe I should have checked with her sooner, but CS assured me they would be taken there if found, and that is where I kept checking. Please train all employees to turn lost items to CS. I appreciated the help and it was my fault, however, I assumed all employees knew that lost keys should be taken to the Customer Service desk. Christmas Eve was the worst day to lose my keys and I now use a lanyard. ?

OMG what a huge store. But from the greeter to the cashier it was nothing but friendliness. And so clean! Loving that floor sweeper guy. Well stocked. Kudos!

This location of this Walmart for Warner robins it's a bit far off but it's the cleanest store in Warner robins. The staff is the most efficient and proficient in their jobs. They show top customer service attitude towards the customers and the staff. The store is impeccably clean and organized . They've included security features I've seen in other Walmarts in North Carolina. Just Walmart reflects a top notch store.

I have gotten several cakes from Walmart in the past and the past WAS aweful. However, in the last year, I have had several encounters with Katy at the bakery and she was amazing. Very friendly and sweet. Glad they are hiring good people.
