About a year ago they were on my a* about some bushes in my backyard being a flood hazard and gave me a strict deadline to take care of them, and I did asap, but when it came to their side of the property guess what! Warner Robins is THE most weirdest city I’ve ever been to, after visiting half of the world’s major cities. The city is dying, no business comes here. The President goes to (Dobbins) AFB and not robins. It’s a police trap as well. I would encourage young people reading this to move RIGHT NOW. Don’t wait, a city like this will ruin your future.

Customer service is a priority for me. Well on Wed 21 Jun23 I had the pleasure of speaking City Hall Representative Ms. D. Washington. Let me just say she is an example of what customer service should be. She was knowledgeable, professional and insightful. The phone call ended with me being assured and confident of my resolve. This is a rare experience and should be noted as a caught in action going forward. Great work.

When you finally get someone, they don't know how to do their job or look up information. No surprise there considering the location, but standards should be a little higher.

Bad wait time, waited 45 mins for a 2 min transaction. The website wouldn't allow me to pay my bill and either was the telephone, the city needs to rehire there IT department with some competent professionals, this establishment has bad leadership.

I have been trying to contact the utility department for the last 2 weeks. No one will answer the phone and the voice mailbox is full. I requested my service to be cancelled in September of 2020 when I separated from the air force in Warner robins and I'm now getting notifications that not only was my service not cancelled it is soon being sent to collections. Great job reaching out 10 months after I requested my service to be cancelled...haven't even lived in the state in almost a year...

I've called the 3 different numbers i was told to call no one is answering the phones at all. Customer service is not responding or returning calls at all. Are you not accepting payments? I'm confused as to whats going on.

The City. Water Dept is greedy. No payment arrangements and the voicemail is always full. They can't call you back but they sure can take your money or turn your service off in a hurry. Ms. McKinney is rude and crass. Very unprofessional. City needs to do some serious firing of people.
