Horrible drive thru service, the cashier yelled and cursed at me simply because I misunderstood her and asked if they had honey packets instead of honey mustard. Totally unacceptable behavior and I hope this is one of the stores that Wendy's is closing down, they deserve it because of the actions of that cashier.

Workers attitudes are terrible, we’re waiting at the window because the drive thru workers FORGOT the sauce and as were trying to ask the young girl at the window for sauce for the sauce she smartly says “WHAT” as if we’re bothering her. The one taking the order doesn’t sound like she even wants to be at work. Food is hot/fresh though.

They told me they were only accepting dooor dash 30 minutes before closing and I was not able to order any food and I have To drive 30 minutes just to nearest fast food to to eat on my long shift.

There are to many rude people working there. They do not get the orders right. After you have said it multiple times. I told the young lady I said a Sprite and she gave me a Coke and got mad because I corrected her and did not give me my sprite. (Wendy on Moody )

This restaurant is absolutely disgusting. The manager “Markeisha” is very unprofessional. My family and I ordered food and once I received my drink which was a sweet tea. It tasted unsweet. I informed the cashier that the sweet tea was unsweet. She told the manager and the manager said “Well did they brush their teeth, because I just made the tea.” She didn’t realize the drive thru window was slightly open and we could hear her. That is very unprofessional and rude. What a disgusting comment to make. The store manager should consider finding better employees.

I went thru drive thru and wow at difference. We had to give Wendy's a break for little bit and when i say 180 difference it is!! Food was correct and fresh team was friendly and kind. Keep it up we love Wendy's!

I arrived today around 10a and began giving my order i asked for 2 of the honey chicken biscuits and a French toast stick the employee had no problems hearing what I ordered but the price was 13 and on the menu it said your chicken honey biscuits were 1.40 I said the honey biscuits are only 1.40 she said that been gone I said your menu says and that is when she started not hearing me I repeated and she said my total again I pulled around to the window no line a d saw a woman at the inside register and waived at her to come to the window she put her hand up in a stop motion turned around and walked towards her lobby never to be seen i sat their a minute and then pulled off and went to you watson Blvd location. I guess u all dont greet people at the drive thru anymore. She couldn't hear me so she should have come to the window I would think. 😩🙃
