Before coming to Wendy's on Watson Blvd.W.R. GA. I looked online and saw the 2-$7 special. When I ordered this at the store I was told it was no longer offering this deal.☹️. And deal still posted when writing this review. The dining room was filthy all surfaces needed cleaned. Also when 1 person (myself) gets 2-doubles and a medium fry costing $18.+ Without a drink. I expect excellence. Not hard time of lettuce with 8 pickles overflowing ketchup and mayo. I have to pass on future visits here due to price and quality for $20 I can get all you can eat at several places and leave a tip. Here is a Tip for Warner Robins GA. Wendy's. Get a clue your prices are high and service is low. This is 💯% TRUTH !

Every time they forget half the ingredients for the meal and no one you talk to seems to have the ability to speak back. It’s more of a headache to go there than it’s worth.

The manager and staff was extremely rude. I saw on the menu they had a grilled chicken wrap but not a grilled sandwich. My mom was on the phone with my sister when the manager got on the intercom and was extremely rude overhearing the conversation. When I got to the window both the cashier and the takeout person at the next windo was also very rude. I will definitely not be back to this location and I feel sorry for those who do come to this one!!!!

Only went through the drive through but wanted to point out that the staff is literally always giving the best energy.
My food is always tasting great and looks to be made fresh. Rarely do I like to eat fast food but they made me feel guilt free! 😆

Workers are nice and helpful, even when I messed up my own order and told them they didn't have any problem fixing it the way I wanted, that was very nice of them

Parking: Drive through is always available up to 12 am

Kid-friendliness: Yes kid friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: I don't think that it is wheel chair accessible but I will check when I go back again

Absolutely terrible, the chicken was so old and refried it tasted like garbage! I will NEVER go back to ANY Wendy's anywhere. If I could post photos here I would, total trash!

Young man up front was very rude it’s 9pm on a Friday night they have already locked the doors customer service is key when I asked him to cheer up he gave me a thumbs up I hope a manager or owner runs the cameras back at 9pm to see this I won’t be returning to this location.

This Wendy’s has really improved within the last month. In and out of the drive-thru in 6 minutes and all food was correct, hot and fresh!! People working the window were extremely nice!!

Went through drive through for a large fry, salt and ketchup. I asked when she handed my order, ketchup and salt? She said yes, she lied to me but of course I didn't know it until I got back to my hotel. Fries were not as hot as they should have been either.

I came through the drive-thru and ordered 3
meals (A single combo, a double with bacon, and a large baconator combo) it came to $38.17. After driving 20 minutes home, I opened up the sandwiches to find mine (double w/bacon) and it wasn’t there. In place of my sandwich was a bacon double stack. A double with bacon is $9.79. I called the store back, the first 2 times I was put on hold and the third time no one answered. I have whoever food was given to me receipt and also my receipt. I just want my money back.

Yikes. Do your safe a favor and go to Steak N Shake nearby, customer service here is non-existent. It’s a struggle just to order basic items, the team sounds like they’d rather be anywhere else. Avoid it!
