My burger was crisp and dry both of them the bacon was leathery, not a good sandwich. The fries were great.

I like the food and some people were nice but one person told me that I couldn't have a frosty with the biggie bag. Umm. I order the same thing from 3 different counties between states and this is the only place that told me that and she said everyone else was wrong. Somebody need more training.
The chili beans were not done. The staff had to be fully aware of this and put it out the window anyways. Restaurants are truly starting to not care about customers. Its very sad

I was in line for 20 minutes to get a dried out burger that tasted like it had been sitting there all afternoon. Should be ashamed to serve anyone that!
Everything was cold and nasty…fire the whole shift….ughhhhhhh….my sandwich had no tomato…nuggets were hard and dry as if they had been there ALL NIGHT….fries were freezing cold….AND I ASKED FOR SIGNATURE SAUCE AND THEY GAVE ME WHATEVER THE HECK THEY FELT LIKE GIVING ME…..HONEY MUSTARD REALLY…SHEEESH….DO BETTER!!!!!!!

They have a attitude like your bothering them when you come an pay for your food and make sure to check your bag because they will lie and tell you they put your sauce in your bag and it never is. Unless you check it at the window. Just all around not a good experience and this jas happen more then once they gave us on fork and one dressing for two Salads and no napkins

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the second time this has happened. I arrived an hour before close and was told they are only accepting mobile orders and DoorDash. We sat and put in an order. At 11:25 pm 35 minutes still before they allegedly close. We were then informed that our order wouldn't able to be completed since they already threw out most of the food. Don’t waste your time stopping here you’ll leave hungry and disappointed.
Update: Since my order was unable to be completed they said they would refund the order. This was Thursday 10/9 today is 10/12 I was never given a receipt for refund either. This level of incompetence is embarrassing.

What restaurant throws food out an hour prior to closing? These employees force you to order on the app even when they answer on the intercom. Also by the way, when you order online and get to the window, thats when you figure out that they dont have anything for your order. This is PURE LAZINESS.

This Wendy’s has the sweetest & most kind workers. I’m a high school special education teacher, and I bring my students here. They are so patient and kind to my students, and the food is yummy!!! Thanks for being so friendly!
