How dare you serve food that was sitting for 2 hrs to a customer. Whoever was in charge should be ashamed. Do not serve food to a customer that you would not eat. I am never giving them my business again and will let my family know to not go there either

Ordered a 4 for 4 with mayo ketchup lettuce and tomato onion and pickle and they got the sandwich wrong and then tried to tell me that it said only I know it didn't ive talked to employees at other wendys and have placed the same order and it says under the sandwich mayo tomato lettuce which all of them have told me indicates to add that to the sandwich the person I talked to here wasnt rude just they consistently forget things in my order and or get it wrong completely

Nice restaurant, but they have kiosk for your order, located right as you enter.. I personally like a real person to take my order. One of the workers did come and take my order. I just like an actual person to interact with.

Went to Wendy’s and I waited at the register for a good eight minutes no one acknowledge me except for KHAYRI was very pleasant everyone else walking by and didn’t say a word poor Customer Service the food was like warm

When I entered, it took awhile for anyone to acknowledge that I was at the register to order. After a few minutes, someone finally came to take my order. I ordered a small coffee and asked for cream and sugar. There was no cream and sugar available so the employee had to go to the back. After waiting for another few minutes, she finally came back with three packs of sugar, but no cream. She had to pour me the cream from a small fridge. There were six of us in our party. Each ordered their own meals. Each had to wait way too long to receive their order. One had a specialty cold brew ordered with his meal, and had to wait the drink, even though the hot meal was already given to him. One of our friends had a small hair in his breakfast burrito. No employee was wearing gloves as they prepared the food.

Came to this location at 9:40 on a Sunday night and was completely denied service because I was in a semi truck that wouldn’t fit in the drive thru. Was told we don’t do walk ups and when asked not even for a truck driver no response was given. Very poor service all the way around

Every time I go to this specific store the most of workers always have an attitude. You pull to the window, they don’t greet you or anything they just toss you your food. But I will say most of the time it’s the older ones or managers. The younger employees are always friendly and greet you. The food is a hit or miss. Sometimes you might get fresh hot food, other times it feels and tastes like it’s been sitting out for hours.

Every time I go there, I feel like the people at the window don't want to be there. No eye contact, slams the window after each transaction and rushes you with a stare. The service is absolutely poor and I will not return, I'm also telling my friends not to go there, Kevin Hart is one of them.

I did a survey a couple hours ago, not even 3 minutes later, the manager called me and solved the problem extremely professionally. I ordered 2 double krabby patty meals and I realized I got singles instead only after getting all the way home and my husband already halfway eating his meal. As well as having the remind the drive thru that a portion of my order wasn’t given to me. So I had to wait longer to get the other portion. Thankfully the manager said the they will remake my whole order for me. Khayi, was extremely professional, thank you.

I'm not big into fast food, but wanted to grab three quick breakfast items from a unbusy Wendy's. Shame on me for not checking the bagi received two out of the three sandwiches. This is the second time it has happened. I don't enjoy making two trips for one order. I pay 100% of the order, you put 100% of it in the bag. It might be easier for patrons to just make their own food since it is never correct.
