Do not recommend for gender reveal or surprise matters. The cake was cute and tasted well but they ruined the gender reveal. I made it clear when I made the order this was a Long distance order and my best friend who was the mother would be picking up the cake. When she went to pick it up, the associate handed her the cake and said here is your white cake with BLUE buttercream filling. There is no coming back from that And it is extremely disappointing

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wilson’s Bakery made my mama heart so happy with my daughter’s Wicked 8th birthday cake 💚✨ From the moment we saw it, we were in awe. The colors were so vibrant, the glitter was magical, the lettering was perfect, and the edible Wicked sugar sheet image was absolutely beautiful. Every little detail was thought out even down to adding the Wicked rings, which made it extra special. Seeing my daughter’s face light up when she saw her cake is something I’ll never forget. Not only was it stunning, but it tasted amazing too. You can truly feel the love, care, and creativity that goes into their work. Thank you, Wilson’s Bakery, for helping make such a special birthday memory for my girl. I can’t recommend you enough 💕

I come from Macon to this bakery but they always say they are sold out and tell me that I need to come early. I feel like if you are going to sell something it should always be available

The original glazed donuts are light and airy, absolutely melt in your mouth. Cannot speak on the rest of their items.

Where to begin. I put a speciality order in yesterday morning and was told that it wasn’t problem to make that particular brand of donut. Flash forward to this morning-my husband arrived at the time he was told for pick up to find out that the donuts weren’t ready. He was told they needed 20 minutes. He said okay not a problem and proceeded to wait an hour because each time he checked back in they still weren’t ready. At the hour mark my husband asked for a refund (he was just ready to go home) for the special order but he also paid for a few donuts that he purchased on the spot too. The staff, in an effort to apologize for the wait, gave him six additional donuts. He finally got the special order and came home. Our special order, to put it nicely, was a mess. I ended up calling since we spent almost 20 bucks on donuts that weren’t what we ordered and we couldn’t serve because they were wet and soggy (clearly rushed because they were still making them when my husband first arrived). After speaking with the actual baker and hearing about their short staffed issues (which I get) and being told that because she made them, they couldn’t be bad and then admitting that she told the person who took the order that they don’t make this type of donut, I was told that we wouldn’t get a refund. It’s disappointing because we have been here before and loved their donuts. This special order was especially meaningful for me as I’ve been homesick for my hometown bakery and finally thought I found what I was looking for.

Wilson’s Bakery on Watson Boulevard has truly stood the test of time—it tastes just as amazing today as it did 30 years ago! Their famous flower cookies are to die for, and I tried the peach fritter for the first time—absolutely incredible. The ladies working there are so kind and welcoming, and there was no wait at all. Prices are great, and you can really taste the quality.

Skip the big chains and support this local gem—you won’t regret it! 🍑If you stop by, be sure to check out my pictures and give them a like—I’m working on building up my foodie gallery! 📸

I can’t say enough good things about my experience! I placed my cake order on the phone and the girl was so friendly and easy to work with. The cake I picked up is the cutest cake I’ve ever seen in my life and it’s exactly what I envisioned! The cake was so moist and delicious; the icing was the whipped icing which is my favorite because it’s so light and fluffy and not overly sweet. I will definitely be ordering all my cakes from here!
