Always out of donuts ….. Why are you open until 5:30 if you’re gonna be out of donuts at 12 or 1:00! Tried 3 times all between 11:30-2 …… out of donuts !!!

Everyone was so nice and quick when I called about a cake. If youbare going yo reserve a cake, there is a 48 hour timeframe required, and they did give me a pickup courtesy call. The German chocolate was delicious. They wrote the name on the cake too. When we went to go pick up the cake, we bought a couple more things (all of which were great). Everyone who worked there was so nice and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

Our family loves Wilson’s Bakery. The bakery items are delicious. Their staff is always willing to go the extra-mile. Even though it was Father’s Day weekend and they were already busy, they were all smiling. They even play “family friendly” music. Very inviting environment that smells absolutely wonderful.

Not impressed. I've never understood what all the hype is about this place. I've tried it on and off the last few years and have never been blown away by ANYTHING at this bakery. I've actually regretted each purchase because of how lackluster the food is. Everything is just standard and basic tasting. Nothing unique or exciting, just standard baked goods with no heart or soul. I'll stick to my neighborhood Publix for amazing baked goods and flavors. And Atl for macarons, cupcakes, and other great gourmet bakery bites.

I stopped by to find two beautiful carrot cupcakes in the display and chose to take them off their hands. They were prettier than they tasted. It was around 3:00 p.m. and the staff was ready to leave. The cupcakes were so dry I ended up throwing the second one away. I'll never go back. All they had were cookies and a few cupcakes anyway.

Wilson's bakery used to be the best shop in town but now they seem like they have gotten comfortable in their complacency. For donuts explicitly they are very overpriced. We used to not mind the price as the donuts were fresh and tasted great. Recently this has not been the case as it feels like the donuts are a day or two old. Seems like since there is competition they are no longer able to remain completive. We will not be back but I hope they can improve as they were once a staple for us.

Wilson’s Bakery used to be the “premier” bakery of Warner Robins. Now, they are little crummy.Their portion sizes are ridiculously small and priced high . Quite frankly, they are disappointing.! They now sell half a slice of cake for the same price as what was formerly a whole slice of cake.They appear to take one slice and cut it in half to make two. The slice looks half eaten. It takes two “so called” slices to make one decent slice of cake. I will not purchase again in the future. Most of what they now sell is significantly smaller. This includes the donuts and cookies. I don’t know what makes businesses rip off the paying customers who support it and have done so for years. The customer service also stinks now and is not what it once was.
Wow, this place has super tasty bakery items! The donuts were delicious and they had cannolis as well. It smelled so good as soon as I walked in. Definitely worth stopping here.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!! I called and ordered a very specific birthday cake. The person on the phone was incredibly kind and efficient. The cake was ready for pick up when I got there. When I say that it was perfect, it's an understatement! It was exactly what I had pictured!! The employees were so nice and helpful. But then, we cut and ate the cake. AMAZING!! So very delicious, moist, just wonderful!! I will be getting all my cakes from here!!! Thank you, Wilson's Bakery!!!
