First time visiting this location. I had been having my food delivered from this location. I called in to place my order and I was told that I couldn't do a call in order. So I walked in and the associate was okay not personable. Needing some people skills with working with customers. Than JD was overseeing the business. I didn't like the tone or method that he used while working with the associates. It was unwarranted and acceptable. You can't manage people but you can manage the process. He through his weight around and he was very intimidating to the employees and that is not what you do. It was obvious that he was in charge and he wanted everyone to know. It was impressive.

Idk what’s going on behind the counter but my wings smelt dead/ foul idk how to explain the smell but it’s close to smelling like old chicken the lemon pepper wings was to much pepper first time ordering 2 gave it a second chance bcs maybe it was just that day but twice idk guys
