Small shop among many others in this strip mall. Busy parking lot, lots of in/out traffic. This is a fast paced place, you may want to order online for pickup, they are busy. Ordered wings, got tenders. However the fry portions were huge, plenty of ranch provided, but only 3 ketchups for 2 orders.

To start, the woman at the counter was completely unprofessional and didn’t respond to questions. Also, the whole store is nasty and the floor is covered in soda. Lastly, NOBODY had their hair secured in the kitchen area.

Absolute insanity. The girl taking orders doesn’t know how to use the register on talk on the phone. My entire order was wrong. They have no ice. It took 40 minutes to get my food that I called and ordered ahead of time. They tried to tell me I hadn’t paid for my food yet when I had. Absolutely terrible. Go anywhere else.

Not a good night for them on 7/1 Seemed to be understaffed as 2 were in the back 1 in front. However my order was placed at 9:51 and it wasn't received until 10:49. The Sides were cold, order of fries missing. my food was given out incorrectly and the sides sat until more chicken came up. Turtle speed service. The lady in the front swept the floor and proceeded on the board to expedite orders.
