They stop taking orders at 11:30. I guess if you're a regular customer you'd know but this was my first time. I waited for 4 minutes before the guy told me at 11:33 that they had a cut-off time. I totally understand but when I walked in at 11:29 someone should have said something. Instead they were gabbing.

Please don't come to this Wingstop. They told me my food was gonna be a 25 min wait. I ended up waiting 45 mins for some cold soggy french fries & my chicken sandwich was cold & barely has sauce on it. This lady also told the young lady with blue hair in the front that their was no ice, she just walked off. They didn't refill the ice up until I got ready to leave.

i keep giving this place a chance inspite of only having disappointments. Everytime i order from here, the food is ALWAYS stale. something is missing. i will never eat from Wingstop again. tired of playing with my stomach. i ordered tonight. chicken was flavorless, no seasoning, clearly old chicken, fries from yesterday. and what would have made me let all of that slide, If the sprite was good. my sprite tasted like dish water and was disgusting. threw it down the sink where it belongs. this restaurant is BAD QUALITY FOOD.

The food is good when they get the order right. I’ve ordered wings before in two flavors and ended up with naked wings. The customer service really sucks though. When you go in to order, the workers seem like they’re in a bad mood. When you try to call, they literally WILL NOT answer the phone. I’ve tried to call to order ahead, check on a delivery order, etc. I figured maybe their phone was broke. Recently, I went in the store and ordered and the phone started ringing. I saw one of the guys walk over to the phone, pick it up, and immediately hang it up. The phone rang again and the guy ignored it.

Wings were great! The sauce and size was good. The fries were not appealing but hey. The cashier did not have the best customer service. There was a gentleman there, he may have Bern the manager. His customer service made up for her questionable attitude.
Nobody works here, it might as well be closed. A woman who looks like she doesn't work here just asks if you're picking up for online orders. You can't order food in person. There should at least be a sign up to let people know ahead of time that the store is basically closed unless you order online

The few times we order, they never provide the full order. You cannot call because they just let it ring until is disconnects. If you ever go in there, the staff is just messing around. No wonder the orders are wrong. It would be less frustrating if you reach them to try to resolve it. Just want the not so cheap food. Corporate needs to do a spot check on this location.

Walked in to place an order. Waited 12 minutes at the counter before being acknowledged by the three staff in the kitchen. Only to be told there is no one working the register and that I would have to place an online order. Not coming back. Terrible experience.

I’m arguing with my daughter right now because she didn’t check the food before she left and as usual they forgot a part of my meal and NO dipping sauces were given for either of our meals! (I paid for EXTRA SAUCES and got none!) I paid for stuff I didn’t receive. This happens every single time but I normally check the food before I leave and always have to go back in for them to correct my order! I live too far to be going back everytime they mess up which is always.
