Great experience at this Zaxby’s location today! Went in to redeem a reward and using the app was extremely user friendly! The cashier was attentive and friendly and the food was made fresh! I highly recommend this establishment!

I did not get a FORK for my SALAD…..
they also didn’t not give me ANY dressing after i asked and had to repeat myself twice when ordering that i wanted to chipotle ranch -_- please do better..

Busy lunch, but service was quick and food was piping done. Dining room was full but tables turned over quickly during lunchtime. Parking lot was small and busy, so watch for traffic 🚦 and the drive thru.

Found something in my Blue Salad salad. When I called them a little girl answered the phone and said she was going to ask her manager what to do about it but hung up in my face. I think it's box tape or something but it was hard and didn't taste very good and I didn't ask for a side of it. But thank God I didn't swallow it. Y'all just be careful hear???

I tried them again and this happened. They put new lettuce on top of old and sent this out. At this point just shut it down.

This place has very rude counter service, there are no hair nets being worn by the women with artifical or long hair, they do not have professional people skills, not to mention the manager on duty allows the bully that works there to speak to customers in a very disrespectful manner. Also there is never any soap in the restroom, so the employees are not washing thier hands before returning to work after a restroom break. These women in the front are constantly touching thier face and hair, still no handwashing

My first time back with the Zax in 3 years and boy did this Zaxbys live up to all the expectations. Everything was prepared quickly and was delivered hot right to my table. The hostess even helped me order the food I wanted in a way that saved some money. I’ll def be coming back for the sauce 🔥 and the chicken🍗 and the great vibes 👍🏽 with the nicest staff there is. Thanks team for satisfying my long time craves 😋

The young lady who is working today around 11/11:30 AM on Friday, February 7 was absolutely pleasant and has a great attitude. She was very humble and sweet and I would definitely come back to this location for her. I did not get her name, but she is a young lady, kind of short, long, blonde hair, and dark skin And she has a beautiful smile! Someone needs to tell this girl she’s amazing lol

Took way to long for someone to take my order. Probably waited 7-10mins just for someone to take my order in drive thru. I ordered a zax snack 3piece chicken finger plate. Meal was almost $10. I opened the box and barely had any french fries. I told them to give my money back cause it's no way I just paid almost $10 to get probably less than 10 French fries.
They did fix issue w fries after requesting a refund. Let's talk about these fries now. Idk who working the kitchen but they seemed to put an entire bottle of seasoning on the French fries. U could choke off the season on them that's just how heavy it was on French fries.

Y'all need to put more French fries on plates. Customer are getting cheated out of their money. Hardly no French fries, not even enough of the plate to fill a baby/toddler (12month old)

Highly recommend you have enough employees on shift to run the drive thru and front counter. You can't have your staff run both at the same time. This creates extremely long wait times in drive thru. A lot of ppl drove off. Would be really nice to tell customers the price of their order at the drive thru and not wait until they get to the window to quote price. You take an order by saying may I take your order, or welcome to Zaxby's, how many I help you. Something in those lines.
