My food wasn't cooked properly I want the food was room temperature not hot french fries was still it was nice time everything should have been fresh to be honest. This is the second time I came to this location and I do not like coming to this particular location. And also they need to clean the outside of the building up especially where you order at the income is falling apart spider webs everywhere. To be honest I will not return to this location.

Food was okay. Only drove about 5 min away and it was still warm-ish. But warm food only gets so much when it seems the kitchen staff is intentionally removing as much sauce from the boneless wings as possible. The wings clearly were at the minimum exposed to the respective wing sauce but they were as dry as can be. Fries were fries. Not a lot of seasoning also a little only the undercooked side if you prefer crispy fries. Experienced all of this on 2 separate days so it didn’t seem to be that the restaurant was just having an off day

My food was cold everything I feel you you closing just tell the customer y'all close don't serve anyone food that was left over for trash and cold
This is literally the 3rd time we have ordered drive thru, been assured the sauce was in the bag, get home with meals that COME WITH ZAX SAUCE and have no sauce.My husband also was put in for 50% off his next order due to an entire meal being left out of an order. When we attempted to claim the 50% off we were told there were no records of IOUs because they had new management and staff.DO BETTER.WE

Good experience. Location was clean. Employees were friendly and appeared to have had a good food safety class at some point. Didn’t take long to get food and it was fresh and hot. Thank you.
