Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Where is the rest of the chicken that belongs in my salad?! This doesn’t feel right at all. It’s literally like one tender in here!!! I should’ve looked before I pulled off smh!

horrible, the management at this store is just horrible. They know what they did.

Went to get lunch December 7 upon walking thru the door the place was empty. In the dining room all tables were dirty. Floors and the door were nasty even the packing lot. Seems odd to me with all the dirty tables and dirty floors all of the employees we hanging around talking. Four or more outside coming in the side door from outside smoking chatting???? What has HAPPENED TO THE RESTAURANT HERE …. Clean up the store or shut it down ! Heath dept inspectors need to do their jobs

Very frustrating getting like 6 fries annd 2 super mini tenders when ordering a wings and things with large fry and drink. I’ll happily start going where the fries are at✌️

Order a CHICKEN FINGERZ ZAX PACKZ in drive thru after work tonight and got home to discover I only had 15 gingers. The Zax PACKZ come with 20 fingers. After fixing plates for my three kids I realized that we did not have all 20 fingers . We order this meal every other week if not weekly to feed our family of five.

I understand things happen and I honestly wasn’t upset about the 5 missing fingers because I knew the store would make it right. After calling the restaurant and not getting an answer I went back to the restaurant.

This is the part that upset me. I walk up to the counter and a guy walked up and basically stared at me. He didn’t say hello or anything. I really wasn’t even worried about that. I politely explained that I had just ordered a finger pack in the drive through and once I got home I discovered I only had 15 fingers. I handed him my receipt and he walked over to the window and explained to the woman working what was going on.

He returned shortly with the five fingers and just handed me the box and said nothing! No I’m sorry for the inconvenience or even have a nice night. He just stared at me, not saying a single word as he handed them to me!! The whole time I was there he didn’t even say ONE WORD to me!!

I left my house and my family eating there while I came back due to your restaurants mistake and I can’t get a hey, goodbye or sorry!! Really! Worst customer service ever!! From now on I will drive further and go to the Zaxby’s on Russell by the Walmart Neighborhood Market place!!!

I do want to comment on how nice the guy in the drive thru was. He said thank you and have a nice night when I was picking up my order. I would recommend placing polite people at the front!!

Oh and I rarely leave bad reviews! I can only think of a couple of out of the 167 reviews I have left on Google over the years.

I got a 4 finger plate and these were the “4” fingers they gave me. Definitely not worth $12

This location is a hit or miss when it comes to quality (Old lettuce) in salads that taste bad. When store was called the lady who answered my call stated “ I don’t know how that could have happened “ as if it was questionable …. Pictures reflect food quality!

Ordered a 6 peice finger meal, got 3 fingers in my meal. Took it back told them the issue politely. Then I overhear the manager and the person on the line making the meals up say that I ate 3 fingers and brought it back. Look on your cameras people and you'll see that not it everyone else's fault that ypu mess up!!!! Manager was a middle age dude with a Grey beard. Very very unprofessional in my opinion!!! Not a very good business move to allow people like this to be in a leadership role. I love the food, but staff at this place is terrible!!

I have always had great experience at this Zaxbys on Hwy 96. They all seem to know what they are doing and care for their customers. They have a sit it in place where customers can eat their food from and hang out. Sariyah one of their customer service agents was outstanding and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and engaged me with a smile and I want to give her a shout out. Again this a wonderful fastfood place on Hwy 96 in Warner Robins, GA

Me and my fiancé were traveling from SC back to Texas and stopped here at this location for lunch, it was hands down the best Zaxbys! the manager Greg was super nice and helpful. The food was good, and service was excellent. Thank you zaxbys for our 1st time experience!

I visited this location on June 5 2024..I went thru the drive thru and ordered myself a salad and my bf a nibblez meal...within 45 min of me eating my salad I started getting the worst stomach cramps and ended up extremely sick that night went to med stop next more and I had a very bad case of food poisoning!!

The drive through girl was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She laughed loudly at me through the speaker with the other juvenile children she was working with. She then fought with me on what sauce to get and said “there’s literally like 9 sauces, just PICK ONE!” So I told her I’d go somewhere else where they understand what regular not spicy means. She has the IQ of a rock and can’t figure out which of the 9 sauces are regular bbq that isn’t spicy. I wouldn’t trust them with the flusher in the toilets let alone the food for my geriatric patients I was purchasing for. I don’t trust them to know I wanted the wings cooked too if I didn’t explicitly state I wanted it done.

Ive been to this location a handful of times. Most of the time the fries have no seasoning, but they are fresh. I went today and the fries had no seasoning at all, not even a little bit. Parts of my order were left out. The service is good though, the employees are always helpful and friendly.
