Zaxby's was super quick with the service, but they missed part of my order. It's a letdown, especially when you're looking forward to your full meal. Fast is good, but getting the order right is key. Hopefully, it's just a slip this time around.

Consistently poor food quality. Food is often bland or just overcooked enough to taste bad. I don't think they use any seasoning on the fries at all.Flip side, the service is good. Employees are courteous and efficient. The location is convenient. Really, that's about all it has going for.

Always take my workers here to eat lunch. Today, as we were about to leave out of the parking lot one of the workers at Zaxby’s approached us as we were leaving the parking lot, yelling and screaming about us taking up too many parking spaces. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you eat here…cant you park here without harassment??? Cmon Man!

Salad was delicious fast service during a very busy time lets say 530 pm Thursday. maybe the rush had them under the gun but it was the lightest meal I have ever gotten. I am 100% percent sure it had one chicken finger/strip. each ingredient was slimmed way down. looked like something you would serve a child. Just not worth the money any more. It is becoming very hard to your monies worth these days.

Rain is the worst manager, has a horrible attitude very disrespectful. Unprofessional . She literally stole my money. I gave her a 100$ bill she said it was a 20$ refused to count the droor or camera!!! Yelled a screaming!!!! Then threw my food at me!!!!!

The first time I ordered the new funnel cake and was not good; taste like it had been warmed in a microwave. Toast was stale and fries were almost cold. I stopped by around 2:15 on a Wednesday so guess it was bad timing for fresh meal, $15.00 later.

Food yummy & hot. Drive-thru had 4 cars pulled into parking spots & then directed me to do the same. So, the wait was a little longer than the normal Zaxbys drive-thru wait.
