I ordered a cookie butter milk shake and a fry and asked for xtra zax salt. The girl at the window had long hair in a ponytail. It got in my milkshake twice and she didn't know so I told her. She gave me my card back and my fries and tried to give me the shake. I asked for a fresh shake and she went to the other girl and boy working and told them, the girl made a face and made a new shake. When I got back to work to eat my fries they had no Zax salt on them what so ever and they put Zax sauce in the bag. Very bad experience. The milk shake was good but bet I won't be going back to that location.

I went into the restroom at around 3:30-3:35, and I literally saw an employee come out without washing his hands.
So disgusting man, you work in the food service industry, have some decency.

Food wasn’t fresh fries were cold, chicken fingers had been sitting a while and were cold, cheddar bites old and soggy, toast hard as a rock. Won’t be back to this location. Would like a full refund.

Tried the egg rolls and they sucked. I've never gotten good tasting food at any Zaxby's and I've tried 4 different locations. I keep trying to see what the draw is. After my brother showed me a photo of his chicken sandwich with THREE inch & ½ feather's still attached to his chicken breast strip (No WAY the person who fried it didn't notice it) I Almost lost my lunch and thought I'd try the egg rolls. They were greasy and soggy limp. I'm never going back to a Zaxby's again. 🤢

The best Zaxby’s location I’ve ever been to, there was a long line ordering when I got in. Food still came out super quick, correct and delicious. Everyone on staff was courteous and willing to answer questions about the menu. Will be back more often

I just left zaxby I order online and called the store and ask for my order to be cook fresh.. im pregnant and I told them I don't want any hard chicken she said she would let them know. I recieve my order and it look like this chicken was thrown back in the grease because this chicken is very hard. I order a wings and things. The food is not cheap for them to just give you food that's not good quality. I will never go to this location again.

Our food was very good at this Zaxby's. Our service was good except the server did not get our order correct and we ended up with the wrong side (with allergens in it) for one of our party members. The atmosphere was typical of Zaxby's. However our table, as well as all open tables, was dirty. On a positive note, when we asked for assistance, a staff member came by immediately and wiped out table down. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and attentive otherwise. Its a good restaurant worth revisiting.

Drive through, so can't address atmosphere. Zaxby's salads are so good to me. I love the flavor, quality, and freshness. Very helpful staff. The drive through mic want working so they had an associate outside taking orders. Great service.
