I am so hoping someone from corporate sees us please pardon me for I am using talk to text but these young people that you all have serving mature hard-working adults such as myself is at is worst to say the least. I had to repeat my order three different times as a drive-thru window due to all the background noise once I got to the window to receive my food my husband ass where my fries in the bag The young man seemed to be bothered that he asked such a question and responded with a yes drove all the way home and of course there were no fries in the bag whatsoever this is the closest Zaxby's that there is near to me at lake Joy and Russell in Warner robins Georgia The corporate I am asking you to please go through the drive-thru line and you will see the type of service that you will receive a phantom it very hard to believe that there is a manager on duty and if so they have given the reins to these young people who are standing there at the drive-through window laughing gossiping and I do say gossiping about another young lady that works there it's really sad that hard-working people have to pay their money to go to one of their favorite restaurants and receive this type of service I was so angered I refuse to even drive back up there to get my fries.

The young lady who took my order acted as though she hated being there. No smile and just a ho hum attitude. The ice container was empty. I ask her for ice and she gave me sla third of a cup of ice. I simply shook my head and walked away.

This has been my go to Zaxbys location for a while here or the one in macon. Very friendly customer service and the food has always been delicious when I came! The only complaint I have is everytime I've been there to fill my drink most of the drinks were never in stock.

I used to avoid this location because every time I'd get something from here, the fries would always be undercooked. Surprisingly, they were great this time. I wanted to try the shrimp and new zaxtail sauce. I wasn't disappointed at all. Loved the shrimp and the sauce. The only issue we had was that they left off some of our food out and we had to return.

I have been wanting to try the Zaxby Southern Shrimp meal and so I did. But first...hiw are you gonna have shrimp and not have tartar sauce packets or a small cup of tartar sauce for the fish? And also charge for the cole slaw? Make it make sense! The shrimp was not bad at all.
