My overall experience of going to this location for 8 years. It is hit or miss. The staff have a hard time hearing orders, sometimes the food has hair in it, the spaces are cramped during rushes, and sometimes you are overcharged. I just paid $28 for 2 steak nachos. Did not receive a receipt because I paid in cash. I feel like I am being slightly generous with my star rating, but the food does taste good every time. And a few times Ive gone, the employees have been very kind and even hooked me up with the extra nachos for my burrito and nacho orders. It just depends on the day I guess lol

They were nice but they didn't put chicken on my husband's burrito even though he said he wanted it on there. And they were so messy with making the burritos that we had all kinds of other stuff in the cheese that we definitely didn't want in there. We literally had to deconstruct the food to get stuff out of it. It was a hot mess.

So we got excited about the kids eat free on Monday nights. We ordered our adult meals and thought we were getting the kids meals free. Nope! They "have" to charge you for the drinks I order to get the kids meals for free. So the meal isn't really free now is it?

I LOVE their guacamole. Best anywhere. Always fresh. My favorite is a cheese quesadilla with fresh jalapenos and onions. Consistently good. Burritos etc made to order.Vegetarian options: You have a choice of how to create your own burrito etc. Lots of veggies. Beans, rice etc.Kid-friendliness: They are appropriate for children old enough to sit and eat at the booth.Parking: Depends on time of day.
