On a good night, Chops and Hops is a 5 out of 5. When they're spot on, they deliver perfectly-cooked meat (whether seafood, pork, steak) slathered with delicious sauces and fresh sides/vegetables. Some desserts have been excellent, too (one of my favorites was the chess pie). On a lesser night, sides are not quite as fresh, biscuits are a bit stale, and meat doesn't always come out as ordered. Just need to be a bit more consistent.
Really enjoyed my trip to chops and hops. Food was really pretty good. Had the meatloaf and the Honey fried brussel sprouts. I will have to go back to sample a little bit more than you. The service was good. Priceless maybe more than moderate but it was a worthy dining

seriously awesome food. i got the grilled chicken and gravy. I HIGHLY recommend the Brussel sprouts best i’ve had ever. i just wished the chicken had more gravy. the chicken was on the drier side but still amazing. would come back just for the brussel sprouts. my friend got prime steak and it came out a little too rare but still was great.
