I love the energy the people in this store have. They always greet me with a smile and my pizza is always perfect!

First time ordering from this location. It was great. Notes followed. Good build looks a little sloppy but that's because I ordered extra sauce. Ready when it was supposed to be. Edit 11/1 I I'm used my Emergency Pizza Coupon today for the same pizza. It was just as good. I appreciate the consistency!

Opened the box and the pizza looked completely mangled. Took one bite and it tasted like it was covered in cleaning chemicals. Made me throw up immediately.

A 50-60 minute delivery time took 2 1/2 hours - and TWO HOURS after the Tracker showed it out of the oven… needless to say the food was COLD. During the wait, two separate calls to the restaurant went unanswered - listened to music for 9 minutes then again for 14. I understand staffing issues - but if you can’t provide a service, don’t offer it!

Ordered a pizza at 3:30 in the afternoon and still no sign of the pizza and hour and half later. Sat on hold on the phone for over ten minutes with no answer.

Ordered pepperoni with extra pepperoni was told you can't get extra pepperoni that if you did the pizza would not get done.Half the pizza did not even have pepperoni on it.

I love domino's pizza, but this is the second time their delivery service has been poor. I ordered online both times. It's nice that they allow you to track your delivery. The first time, it was over two hours before they delivered my pizza. Forty five minutes after having placed the order, I received a phone call from the store letting me know that they were short on drivers and that it would be over an hour before they would be able to deliver it. Last night, same thing happened. After 45 minutes, I called the store and they said it would be another 30....two of their drivers called out. Try another location. The Watkinsville location is going downhill.

Ordered online. App showed pizza had been through "Quality Check" but not sent for delivery for 40 minutes. I called the store and was told the app was wrong. The guy I spoke with said the pizza was "five minutes away" and had just been cooked. It showed up 25 minutes later cold. Avoid.

I had two credits on my account from Domino's one for $18 and one for $22. Both for previous mistakes on the orders. I was told I had to call into the store to use the credit. I called in the store today to use the credit. I thought I was talking to the store; apparently, I was talking to the call center in India ; the person on the call center was so BAD I had to repeat my address to the person who clearly didnt understand English. I had to repeat my address about 15 times. I told the person I had a credit they completely ignored what I was saying I gave them the order for my pizza. I had to repeat my Pizza order 30 times. You can listen to the telephone call, I promise you I'm not exaggerating. I had to repeat my order at least 30 times, and then they tried to transfer me to the payment center and charge me full price after I told them that I had a CREDIT ...He finally said I'm going to transfer you to the store I was blown away because I thought I was talking to the store. I got a hold of the store and the person on the phone said that she only saw one of my two credits and she could not help me because she had NO driver GRRR

Do not attempt to order online. You will be connected with a non native speaker of English who is very difficult to understand and the credit card verification process is horrific. Great pizza if you can get that far.

You get no service here, I called no one answered, emailed with no response, submit a “claim” online nothing happens.

The last two times I ordered from this restaurant they were unable to deliver because no driver was available. The pizza is okay, but it seems like they are very skimpy on the toppings even when you order “extra.” Domino’s is nothing special and f a better option was available near me, then I’d do that instead.
