I discovered this place right when I moved to Athens. The environment is warm and inviting and the food is beyond amazing. Even on busy nights the staff is accommodating and considerate. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. If you’re reading this, then you HAVE to try Martino’s!
As a northerner from northeast PA, I grew up loving Italian food, especially the pastas. Martino's is hands down the best true authentic Italian restaurant I've been able to experience and absolutely love. The moment you walk in you are treated like family. Friendly and professional staff. They offer specials and my husband and I always try them and of course we are absolutely blown away with how good they are. I think our favorite though is the homemade Caesar salad dressing....read full review

Just recently moved to the area and went to Martino’s for my birthday celebration. The food was fantastic! Had the beef tenderloin and shrimp and marsala special, and the food was fantastic! My husband had a more traditional meal of spaghetti and sausage, and it was also fantastic! Will be a regular customer here and look forward to trying other items on the menu. Keep up the good work!
