I rarely get a good product at this location and say each time I will not return. I don’t live here and just stop passing through. I go to other locations and order the same coffee and it’s delicious. Here it is rarely good and often taste either watered down or like it’s been sitting way too long. One time I went back because I thought they had poured my coffee from a pot that had water waiting to be washed….weak as water and almost cold. Today I went through again...read full review
I went to this Dunkin' location yesterday via drive-thru. I had THE absolute best interaction with their 4 employees: Cooper B., Carter N., Ethan U., & Alexa B. From being kindly greeted (& patiently waited on) when ordering to the excellent customer service at the window, I will most definitely return to this location. I order ahead, usually almost 10 minutes before I get to the store, and usually still have to stand there and wait another 5-10 minutes. I’m assuming there’s literally no point in mobile ordering, since it seems like the drive through gets most of the attention just because they’re on a timer. I’m just not understanding why it takes 20 minutes to make a drink.
