I order ahead, usually almost 10 minutes before I get to the store, and usually still have to stand there and wait another 5-10 minutes. I’m assuming there’s literally no point in mobile ordering, since it seems like the drive through gets most of the attention just because they’re on a timer. I’m just not understanding why it takes 20 minutes to make a drink.

I rarely get a good product at this location and say each time I will not return. I don’t live here and just stop passing through. I go to other locations and order the same coffee and it’s delicious. Here it is rarely good and often taste either watered down or like it’s been sitting way too long. One time I went back because I thought they had poured my coffee from a pot that had water waiting to be washed….weak as water and almost cold. Today I went through again and ordered hot chocolate… thought you couldn’t mess that up! Wrong! I tasted when I got it at the drive through and told attendant I didn’t know I had to ask for sugar and said it tasted like water. She took it back but not much improved when she brought it back. I really rarely complain, but something is up with this location!

Employees are always rude and make you feel like you’re burdening them when you order - especially in the drive thru. I order 30 minutes ahead of time just to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot because they didn’t start the order

Rude staff that somehow doesn’t know what a chocolate glazed donut it. Place is always being ran by angry looking teenagers. I also waited 20 minutes in the drive through.

Service is Slow as molasses. Ordered in Drive thru at 3:57pm got my drink and munchkins at 4:23!! Would have driven off if I hadn’t ordered in the app and for drive thru

They were out of chocolate ice cream, so I tasted 3 other flavors to find a suitable substitute. Was not happy with the Rocky Road that I ended up ordering - all marshmallows and about 10% chocolate ice cream. Must have been a bad mix. The waffle cones that we ordered were also stale. I purchased for 2 people and spent $12. Nobody was happy with their order. The Peanut Butter chocolate was overloaded with too much Peanut Butter. I threw my Rocky Road away and decided to try the Mint Chocolate Chip instead. When I went to place my second order, the juvenile boy with black hair and glasses said I could not have another sample. He said they had a 3 sample limit. I assumed the sample limit was per order, but when I questioned him on it, he said no. He did know how to count to 3, but I think someone needs to clarify the sample rule with him. According to him I have exhausted my sample limit for the rest of my life. After his response I did not place my second order of course. He did save the company less than 1 penny on the 1 sample, but incurred an immediate $4 sales loss and a much larger loss in lost potential sales with this customer. Not everyone who knows how to count should be an accountant or for that matter, anywhere near a customer. This happened on Saturday evening on 9/9/23.

Poor customer service. Mobile orders are never correct. Rude staff. Weak coffee and tasteless food. I thought when the renovations were completed that this Dunkin' location would improve in overall quality and experience. This location has declined significantly over the last several years. Maybe the owner should spend less time worrying about signs posted of a missing dog throughout the county, and more time focusing on ways to improve this place of business.

Poor service, bad attitudes and the slowest lines, ever. I waited 35 minutes in line to get my MOBILE order! The coffee was watered down and my bagel was burnt, yet cold. They had plenty of workers. Not sure what the issue is!

I am the last person to leave a negative review on any service because after any bad experience I am quick to give the benefit of the doubt and understand that we all have our bad days. However after leaving this location feeling very frustrated several times, I just had to say something. The difference between the day shift and closing shifts is night and day. Anytime I drive through during the day it is a very pleasant experience and both the food and ambiance are lovely! However I avoid this location anytime after 4pm because chances are when I pull up to order there is no greeting and a very dismissive attitude. It's feels as if I am an inconvenience to the baristas and you would think by their tone that I just ruined their day. The food is mostly consistent with day shift however today after receiving the typical attitude, I payed for larges and proceeded to get smalls. It is funny to me that I was the one saying "hello!", "how are you?", "thank you!", and "have a great day!" with a smile on my face. So much for customer service.

I went to this Dunkin' location yesterday via drive-thru. I had THE absolute best interaction with their 4 employees: Cooper B., Carter N., Ethan U., & Alexa B. From being kindly greeted (& patiently waited on) when ordering to the excellent customer service at the window, I will most definitely return to this location. Everyone was so kind and professional that it made my (formerly horrible) day much better. I rarely write reviews, but I felt that their hard-work should be recognized.In addition, I tried to complete a Dunkin' survey for them using the code on the receipt, but the code was invalid. I wasn't sure whom to contact about this issue.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The customer service is absolute bottom of the barrel. The workers here are some of the most ignorant and uneducated people I’ve ever come in contact with. I expect more from the location and more from the company. Absolute disgrace.
