Stopped in on our way back to Michigan from Florida. Our first time trying Zazbys. The food was great, but the best part of our visit was Demetrius! Is service was incredibly friendly and helpful! Wasn't to busy at the time so we had a nice chat until a apparent regular came in which he knew by name, and we continued a nice conversation with him. He made our experience great!

This place so unprofessional they didn't get my order right came back the next day for my free food.Had my receipt and they are asking me ...Do u have the name of the person u talk with.I declined paying for the food. Wasn't that serious complete turn off from eating here.

When I think of quality chicken, I think of fresh, never frozen chicken. I think of crispy chicken with great flavor. I think of great people that prepare chicken with passion. This zaxbys may be the pinnacle of chicken in the world. Whoever is in charge of this Mecca of chicken should be president of the United States.

Clean restaurant, friendly staff. A little disappointed with the food though. Got the new egg rolls. Not as good as I had hoped. A little overdone and the sauce was not tasty. Got a big fingers box. Several were vet undersized, more like a nugget. A very expensive buffet. Was about $22 for fingers and egg rolls. Saving grace was the sauce.

The service here is excellent and I love all the different pictures and art work on the walls. It’s very clean, including the bathrooms. The employees really didn’t seem to go the extra mile.Parking: There is plenty of parking at this restaurant always combine the space.

They can’t seem to get a simple order right. I get all the way home and it’s wrong. I call and they are hateful and say I can come up to the store and get refunded. I explain I don’t want a refund, I would like the food I ordered. I drive all the way back up there, go to the drive through I previously went to before only to be told they can’t redo my order via the drive through I just went through to order 20 min ago. I just got off from a 12 hour shift, I’m absolutely exhausted, and the last thing I want to do is go inside to deal with YOUR mistake. Just switch the items out via the drive though. Absolutely ridiculous. When I go inside, because I have no other option if I want my food, they were very hateful and rude. Wouldn’t recommend.

Went to Zaxby's because my son wanted their wings ordered 20 wings. Waited a long time for the order to be completed they told me they put it in two different bags. Put the food in my vehicle and headed on home halfway to the house got a little hungry opened up the first bag and what do I have? Chicken tender meal. Open up the second chicken tender meal. They ended up giving me three chicken tender meals and one chicken wing meal. Absolutely totally blew the order was already 15 minutes away by the time I checked so needless to say my son had chicken fingers for dinner that evening. Not sure how you could screw up the order so bad but they certainly did
