I stopped by Zaxby’s in Watkinsville, GA, and was extremely impressed! The staff was friendly, fast, and professional — they really know how to provide top-notch service. The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious, exactly what you’d expect from Zaxby’s done right. They also manage their time really well, even during busy hours. Overall, a great experience from start to finish — definitely one of the best Zaxby’s locations around!
Ordered on the app, arrived shortly after opening waited about 10-15 mins while food was being prepped. Picked up food just to figure out on the road that the chicken and fries are cold and hard. We’re traveling through from state to state, didn’t have time to turn around and wait for a fresh cooked batch. Very frustrating that a lot of Zaxbys nowadays mess up simple orders. Maybe they’re having a rough morning today.
They must’ve gotten rid of the problematic staff because as of lately service and the food quality has improved. I haven’t had any issues so thank you for making changes, Zaxby’s used to be really good in the early 2000’s but clearly they’ve made changes to their meat products but it’s tolerable. I recommend coming here during the day-time!
