I was on the green motorcycle. Up came to a window. The front windowand for 5 minutes. No one acknowledged, I was there. 3 people seen me, so I did pull out and leave. And went to mcdonald's

The food was freshly prepared. I was caught off guard by the AI/computer taking my order, but it worked out. It was hot, fresh, and correct! The staff were friendly, and professional.
Parking: It's a bit difficult to enter depending on what you're driving, and what entrance you need to turn into. There's some construction going on with one of the entrace ways. Heads-up: you probably WILL NOT make it through w a trailer - save yourself the headache. Not sure that both lanes were open and accessible. Parking readily available.

Ordered checkers through DoorDash in waycross ga and then after picked up the driver canceled our order and took the food, no big deal I just made another order so when the second DoorDash driver got there to pick up my second order they refused her anything and the manager on duty on 9-6-24 at 7:17 pm picked up their phone acted like they called me and that I had said I had already got it ( a blatant lie) I will never spend money with this restaurant again

Manger on night shift didn’t care about any of his customers I preferred my food through drive thru I had to wait for my order because there wasn’t no hamburger meat. my milkshake was watered down he told me there wasn’t anything he can do about my milkshake. he had me parked to wait n when my order was ready he told me to come back through the drive thru to get my order this was at 11:47pm around that time. Out of my 10years of being a manager at any fast food restaurant this is the worst experience I’ve had… needs a new night shift manager that stays on the workers to do their job.. was not busy at all….

Piss poor. Wasn’t able or willing to complete an order I placed via the app. I arrived at the store and the supervisor stated they were closing early. Now my refund is in limbo and the Waycross store isn’t answering calls.
7/19/2024. Waiting for my refund. It’s been a week. I’ve called and left a message at the Waycross location. I’ve contacted customer service but they were about as helpful as Austin the “supervisor”.
