Overall a good visit.We got there around 11:45 am but the dining room had already seen some wear and tear because none of the tables were without crumbs or debris except the 2 person tables.There were five people who were waiting for their food already.Our orders were taken fairly quickly by a helpful cashier and we waited about 7 or 8 minutes there about before we got our food. During that time we made our drinks, got napkins, and ate our chips.Our sandwiches were made as ordered and delicious.The interior of the restaurant was much cooler than I expected, possibly because it was a rainy day. (Temp was 67 with thermostat set at 70....it was on the wall and fairly easy to see).If the dining room tables would have been clean and wiped down it would have been a better atmosphere rating.

I was disappointed in the sandwich. Only one person is making the sandwiches. 4 of us waiting to be made. Yet 2 people behind counter. Had expected the roll to be toasted nicely but it wasn't. The only had 2 choices, while subway has several choices for a roll.The pastrami and corn beef was mushy. ( New York steamer) l ate 1/2 of the sandwich & asked if my friend want the other. He ate it as well. Both of Us were like Wow not impressed with all the hype done in commercials. TBH, I have had better subs from Subway by 2 stars more. Won't try again unless l decide on a Philly steak & cheese. Will let you know if l do..

Came here on a Sunday at 11 AM. Place was exceptionally clean and one thing to note is it was fully staffed. One of the best groups of ladies I’ve had at a fast food place in a while.The one who took my order, was incredibly pleasant, kind and thoughtful, and even offered us the specials, which saved us money.Inside it was extremely clean, and everything was well prep and well lit. Bathrooms were also excellent and clean. Both male and female.Food was outstanding. A+++

I here folks complain about how Firehouse subs prices are too high,--- well fast food in general is high but so is grocery store food .l will pay that extra money for my food to be done right and always friendly service no matter how many people with bad attitudes go in and out all day I still get good service good food and I don't have to pull up and look in my bag and make sure my order is right so I'll pay it a little bit of extra money no problem when you're hungry you're hungry..!!

I always order the Hook and Ladder... it's sooo good. I switched the normal sub roll out and chose the gluten-free. I could tell something was a bit different, but it was still very good!Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free bread.

I got the New York steamer. Corned beef, pastrami, cheese with mustard and mayo. No customers inside, with 3 ladies up front. It took 25 mins to make a sandwich and it was not even made right. It was just several pieces of pastrami, cheese and loads of mayo. Not only that, but the woman kept swiping her hair under her visor with her gloved hand, and then proceeded to put meat in her mouth in the middle of making my sandwich. I could have coped with a wrongly made sandwich, but watching her do that and touch the food made my skin crawl. $10.25 for something that went into the trash, becausethat is 100% unsanitary. I won't be back.
Love it thought its a bit pricey for a sub but oh well it tastes like money ?

Ever since they came to town, they to me make the best subs..hands down.. they usually have the same help there when you return and that really matters in the food industry and dealing with the general public..the food is consistent time after time..great place to eat.. I like that they have a few TV's that show different programs for most all customers enjoyment except for when the Dawgs are on, then your watching them..Go Dawgs... You won't be disappointed with any aspect of the restaurant..Vegetarian options: They offer vegetarian meals..
