ABSOLUTELY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went through the drive-thru at around 9:30pm ordered my plate but then came right back to get another and then while waiting for that plate needed to order another side order for my family and the lady working the drive-thru window was an ANGEL! She was so nice and patient with me! I was being one of those chaotic customers close to closing but she was so sweet to me. I repeatly apologized for being all over the place and thanked her over and over again. If I could give 10 stars I would all because of her! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Placed an order over the phone. When I arrived to pick up the order from the drive through, they told me to come inside and place the order again and wait for it to be cooked. If they told me this when I placed the order, I would’ve just called Kobi’s who takes orders on the phone. Do not do business with these idiots. Complete waste of my time.

I have been here twice since they became a steakhouse. I had the ribyey both times and it is a melt in your mouth cut of meat. Ordered medium cooked and both times they come out almost perfect, a little closer to medium rare (in the cooks defense, if it would have sit a few minutes it would have been perfect), but the cook definitely knows how to cook a steak. The side are worth a mention also, the green beans had a wonderful flavor, maybe the best in town, and the loaded mash potatoes were also very good.

Me and my boyfriend ordered some food to go the day before Valentine’s Day, we didn’t notice till we got home they didn’t even give us our egg rolls that we paid for. We also ordered an extra sauce she said it was 1 dollar and my boyfriend paid with a 5, she didn’t even give us our change, after we already tipped the girl who took our order. So we had to drive all the way back to town to get the egg rolls and our 4 dollars, and when we arrived they didn’t even say sorry or apologize. She was like “yeah I didn’t give you your change “ like she knew what she was doing and just wanted to keep the four dollars for just handing us a sauce. By the time we got home the food was really cold and let’s just say we will never be back don’t come here unless you want to waste your money and have to ask for your change.

I ordered and paid online. On the website, it said you could pickup your order through the drive thru. So I arrived on time and went through the drive thru. There were a couple of cars ahead of me that ordered and paid at the window and they were directed to pull around. When I got to the window, I was told that I would have to go around, park, and go inside to get my order. She said she couldn't pass it out the window. So I pulled around and went inside. As I'm going in, there was a server walking out with an order going to one of the cars that was ahead of me in line. So, why, then, was I required to walk in, when I had ordered ahead of time and already paid for my order. If I had ordered at the window, they would have brought it out to me. The whole reason I ordered that way was so I wouldn't have to get out. (Not that a reason matters, but I been sick and I have a bad back that makes getting in and out difficult and painful.) They really need to either change the way they do things or remove the option for drive thru pickup from their online order platform.

Plenty of food for the money. I had scallops and shrimp. The scallops were cooked a bit too long, but the shrimp was excellent, and it all tasted good.

Our server, Reesee, was awesome! The restraunt on the other hand is not.
All in all, I cannot recommend this restraunt. The bill was just over sixty dollars and although we received excellent service, the food was just miserable. We will not be back.
I ordered a Jack and coke, short glass, light ice and my husband ordered a draft beer. The beer was fine, but I got a pint glass filled to the top with coke. It did have light ice, but I could not even taste the Jack. My husband took my drink back to the bar and had it remade.
We order the fried zucchini appetizer and I ordered the hibachi steak, no carrots, with a side of cabbage.
My cabbage came out 1st. It was there for a solid 5 minutes before our appetizer and our food came out about 2 minutes after that. The fried zucchini was decent.
When our food came out my plate had carrots on it, but no big deal, I just pulled them to the side. They were so overcooked, the slices were actually mushy. My steak was cooked just past well done, on the tough and chewy side. They do not cook the steak to order. I prefer my steak medium rare. The soy sauce was so salty that my lips burned.
My husband ordered the ginger steak which the menu describes as thin slices, marinated in ginger sauce. The meat was cubed and looked just like my hibachi steak. It was also cooked past well done. He had the same mushy carrot sliced, which he said tasted candied.
The server was amazing but the meal was subpar. I will try it again but if it taste the same I may not return.

First time ever going to a Fuji was not impressed for was freezer door very bland and tough not impressed at all didn’t complain due to no need I got what I ordered and it came out fine just bland went with my husband and kids service was subpar nice waitress just hardly checked on us and it wasn’t that busy. I do wish them the best though just not my type of place.
