Always stop for a plate of hibachi chicken whenever I'm in Waycross. Can't beat the price for such large portions. Highly recommend.
The food was Bland & not worth the money at all. I could have made a better meal at home. The waitress was friendly. But instead of bringing me my meal on a plate and a to-go box to go along with it, so I can put my left overs in it when I leave, she put my meal in a to-go box and bought a plate along with her so that I can put the meal on my plate myself. Will never go there again but it seems like a very clean place
My daughter took me out for dinner. First time there and last time. Food was absolutely amazing. But Kelly the server was awful. When we were seated by a different worker with silverware and menu. I wanted to look over the menu as I had never been there before. Waitress came over immediately and asked what we wanted to drink, mind you we just sat and I did not even get a chance to open the menu. So I said just water for now. Same with my daughter. Then the waitress asked what we wanted to order. I politely said please bring the waters and give me a chance to look at the menu. She went and got the waters right away and brought them, again asked what we wanted to order. I again said please let us look at the menu as I had never eaten there. Not 2 minutes later she came back again and said so what are you wanting tonight. I told her sternly nothing until I get a chance to actually look at the menu. This time she gave us about 5 more minutes. When she came back I ordered an appetizer and a meal. As did my daughter. Food arrived very quickly, and the appetizer was brought at the same time as the meal. So much for relaxing and enjoying the appetizer and then getting the food. 🤦♀️. I had not even eaten and 8th of the food when the waitress came by and said is everything ok. My daughter said yes I did not respond as I just put a forkful of food in my mouth. Then waitress comes back again within a minute or two and did not ask if everything was ok or if we needed refills, but did asked if we wanted the check. 😳. By then we had been eating less than 8-10 minutes . My daughter could tell I was mad by then so she said just said bring us to go boxes and bags while we try to eat our food. Waitress brings the boxes, the check and just stands there staring at us. My daughter got out the cash and asked the lady for a Togo bag to put it in, note she had already said we would need bags. Waitress brought 1 bag. Then again just stood there even though I was still trying to eat my food while it was warm. I gave up. We boxed are food while the whole time the waitress just stared at us. I have never felt so rushed in all my life and we were the only customers and it was only around 6 pm. My daughter bless her heart still left a tip, only $5.00 which was not her normal 20-25%. Waitress was lucky because I would have left her nothing after that kind of rushed service. I honestly wonder if she just did not want to wait on an elderly woman, or women in general or if she was rushing us as she wanted to go home or what. But as much as I loved the food once it had to be reheated at home it was not the same. I will never go back to the Fugi’s on Memorial in Waycross again.
Our server Kelli was awful. I love the food as always but the server, not so much. She rushed us to make our order. And then rushed us once we asked for to go boxes, which, I had to call her to the table to get. She literally stood at the table watching us finish our last bites of food and shoving them into to go boxes, to pay. I even had to tell her she could go get our bag for the boxes I already had asked for, because how uncomfortable she made us watching over us like we was going to leave without paying.. as if she was intimidating us to see if we was going to leave a tip. She was nice enough I guess, but you don't rush customers and stand at their table while they eat. It's not like they were busy, we were literally the only table there. And I guess the server was that very reason the store wasn't busy for dinner . Who wants a server to stand guard while you pay and put food in boxes.even tho noone was in the restaurant, it was somehow still very embarrassing that we were treated like we were going to try to sneak out and not pay. I have never in my life walked out of anywhere and didn't pay. I have never in my life been watched at the table by the server while we were rushed away from the table and boxing up food. It was only me and my elderly mother at the table and I don't think my mom will ever allow me to take her to Fuji's again after this.. ruined her first experience to Fuji's.. the server should never be a server. Do better.
The owner of this establishment made sure that myself and the other lineman on my crew had warm bed and food for 3 weeks while we worked to restore power after hurricane Helene. God bless Nana!!

I went thru drive thru on Saturday night. Purchased Teriyaka shrimp and steak with broccoli & carrots.
1st issue-My plate had mushroom, told them clearly No mushroom.
2nd issue-Shrimp was too white. Like they barely touched the grill.
3rd issue- Food was FLAVORLESS!!!!!!!
No love made to the food at all. Steak was hard. It's just a BIG NO for me! Fuji use to be very good food, but the lack of care, quality, presentation, prepare for the food Override it all for me. It'll be while before I purchase food there again!

I had the shrimp and onion rings. The shrimp was great. Onion rings could have had a little more seasoning for me, but they were still good and crunchy! All the waitresses took care of us, not just one! A lot better than before!

Out of all the stop I have made in my travels. The taverns, dives, small shacks I have visited that all left me hollow after the run was over. No place felt like home where I felt I could hang my hat after a long day of work. No place felt like the comfort of old times and nostalgia mixed with a common twist of bar vibes and appetizers. While times are hard we the people have sought far and wide for the place of great quality and great price. Every time you watch a movie/show and you see the main protagonists stopping at the most sick tavern of all existence and you think, man I wish I could go to a place like that for real…its here in waycross my people, the time is now! its Fuji Bar & Grill ?

Food was awesome!!!!! Honestly the best oysters and steak I’ve ate here in waycross and I’ve ate at LL creek several times, great service will definitely be back.

It's the foolishness for me! You wait til you can't prepare my food properly to tell me you can't refund my money. On top of that, You do not have a "No Refund Policy" posted in sight for your customers to see. So here is what happened. I asked for a Vegetable plate with the rice on the side. Krystal, is who she said her name was, said she would have to charge me for asking for No rice and charge me for separating. I asked her why and then upon her response, I advised her I didn't need a plate full of veggies, but only needed to normal amount that came with the plate. I just need the rice separated that's all. Krystal says ok and proceeded to ring up what I THOUGHT was one vegetable plate. She came to the window and gave me the price and I said that's not the price that's on the menu on thr window. She says, I still had to charge you $2.99 for a side of rice. I reminded her I didn't ask for a separate side of rice. So, I asked for a refund since I had not received the food yet. She replies, "I can't do that". My eyes are big at this point and I replied, "Yes you can!" She said they have a policy....I stopped her right there and told her just give me my receipt and my food and asked her for her Manager. She said she was the Mgr and the Asst Mgr. Needless to say I won't be going back.

The portions on my to go plate was not worth $10 . Unbelievable. 5 small slices of carrots in my hibachi chicken plate, smh... Everytime I have been in the past couple of years, my to go plate gets smaller with less food. Maybe charge 5.99 for it or include a couple of eggrolls, a drink or something for $10, if you're going to keep providing us less food. I eat out everyday at different places. So yes, I'm sure about what im saying .
