Love Chick-fil-A of Waycross, we eat here a few times a month, but I do wish they’d make a few changes to their drive thru process. I’d love to see the third lane (which is rarely used) be for mobile orders only. I’d also love if they could do a better job timing the food because I’ll oftentimes have my food delivered to my car when I’m still 5-6 cars back and stuck making my food cold before I can eat. No complaints about the quality or inside service!
Took a group of WILD boys to eat after school to our newly remodeled Chick-Fa-Lay. The staff were amazing and so cheerful and the food order was delivered quickly! The new remodel is super nice and spacious, however, the staff working truly made the place shine! We love Chick-fa-lay! 🐮
Please open your third lane that is always closed, and make it a mobile only lane like every Chick-fil-A. That is all I ask.
