My server was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. She is also the only reason I'm rating a 5 star. My food choices were extremely limited due to the grill being down. I frequently visit Ruby Tuesdays and this is not the first time this has been an issue! To my knowledgeable, according to staff, the grill has been completely broken for 4 days now. This issue needs to be fixed sooner than later or you'll continue ro lose good customers.
Came in excited and ready to order a steak, unfortunately was told that the grill was down and wouldn’t be able to get it. My server Theresa was amazing (5 stars), but ultimately I was disappointed about the grill. Was starting to come more often but after this, probably won’t be back.
My server was Zaira and she was awesome! But that’s the only reason I gave 5 stars. There has been no working grill here for like a week!!! I came in for a steak twice and couldn’t get one. It’s too easy to just go to another restaurant with a working grill to get a steak so I hope that gets resolved soon because I’ve seen quite a few other customers just leave when they were told the grill is down. Losing customers and I won’t be back after this.
