I often use the app, and very few times do I have issues, but recently they have been getting almost lazy with it. For the time I wait for my food is about the same as if I ordered and waited in store. The app is there for a reason. On top of them often messing up my order. This is why I prefer the other McDonald’s in waycross.
Shoutout to manager Jarrid .. your courageous, caring nature doesn’t go unnoticed ! , & the sweet team members on staff ! appreciate nice people in a fast pace restaurant ! thank you for the caring solutions & positive attitudes !
One of the best McDonald's in Waycross and one of the only places that have a play place

McDonald's in Waycross offers a delicious steak and cheese bagel, crispy and hot food, and refreshing mocha frappes. Customers praise the juicy and delicious cheeseburgers, hot and fresh fries, and excellent customer service. The restaurant features an indoor play area, which is a favorite for many, offering a fun space for children to play and making it a great spot for families. Despite some issues with mobile orders, the food was worth the wait, and the staff, including the manager Michelle, go above and beyond to ensure a satisfying experience. The employees are sweet, highly respectful, and provide an awesome dining environment. There are tables to eat at and restrooms nearby for convenience. If passing through, this location is a good choice for a quick, satisfying meal on the go.
