“My server was wonderful! Very knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. She is also the only reason I'm rating a 5 star. My food choices were extremely limited due to the grill being down. I frequently visit Ruby Tuesdays and this is not the first time this has been an issue! To my knowledgeable, according to staff, the grill has been completely broken for 4 days now. This issue needs to be fixed sooner than later or you'll continue ro lose good customers.“

Some food was great and some good. Most was as ordered, but the heat (warmth) was from cold to hot. Inconsistent for sure.
Highlight was the service. Sandra H was awesome. Professional, personal, and welcoming. Great job!

“⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟 ⭐️ Stoped to have lunch. The service I had today was awesome i really wanted a spicy burger and although there was not one on menu other than there spicy chicken they worked with me gave me a side of Angry sauce which was perfect on my Big Bufford burger 🍔 thank you guys everyone was helpful and friendly 👍“

“Went in today and spent like $55 on the food we ordered. The 3 burgers with no onions ended up having all onions on them.
Shout out to the manager for hooking us up and replacing all three!
Big props to you guys! Not a lot of stores do that 5⭐ for awesome customer service and treating us the way you did!“

“I haven’t had Krystal’s in years and I mean at least 15 years! When the lady at the window said you’re gonna enjoy it. I sure did very impressed how that authentic taste is still alive and well in those tiny little burgers.“
