“We did a family dinner here and staff were very patient with us as we ordered for 3 families. They had a long drive thru line, but handled it like champs and got the line moving very fast without sacrificing attention on diners in the restaurant.“
“Great place to eat our food was brought to the table as soon as we sat down. The same lady has served us the last 3 times we came to town to eat there. She is wonderful the receipt shows her name as Tina. Hands down the best service in town.“
“Went to Jerry J's S. Georgia Pkwy tonight and the food was phenomenal! We got the chicken and dressing plates and I couldn’t complain even if I wanted too! “Been trying this place for awhile and about gave up on it due to the customer service. But I keep going back for the fries and big Buford’s. Anyways, was having a dirt day and just wanted my food. I came to the window and this girl was so polite and so sweet. She not only asked how I was, but she took the time to check that my order was right. Her team was rushing like crazy inside cause they were slammed pack but they kept pushing and she never lost that smile! Just wanted to say she made the experience. You don’t get politeness like that these days or the attention to customers, like she showed. And PS: she said she was a new night manager. Let’s hope they keep her!“
“It's one of the better chick fil a locations out there. The food is consistently good, and the service is great by chick fil a standards. They've also gotten food out the fastest of maybe any fast food place I've ever eaten at, and it was still good. Sets the standard I'm going to be judging chick fil a places by for probably the rest of my life.“
“I went by and grabbed some breakfast. I got a steak biscuit and a country ham biscuit and tots . Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. The staff were efficient, and they were very busy.I'll definitely go back again next time I am down that way“
“Overall a good visit.We got there around 11:45 am but the dining room had already seen some wear and tear because none of the tables were without crumbs or debris except the 2 person tables.There were five people who were waiting for their food already.Our orders were taken fairly quickly by a helpful cashier and we waited about 7 or 8 minutes there about before we got our food. During that time we made our drinks, got napkins, and ate our chips.Our sandwiches were made as ordered and delicious.The interior of the restaurant was much cooler than I expected, possibly because it was a rainy day. (Temp was 67 with thermostat set at 70....it was on the wall and fairly easy to see).If the dining room tables would have been clean and wiped down it would have been a better atmosphere rating.“
“The second day they were open I went and purchased the hot wings and fries. The service was excellent we didn't have to wait long and the food was fresh. The wings were excellent especially since I love the wings and the fries were very good. I returned a week later for the family thing of chicken, fries, and okra and my family loved everything. So, now this is our favorite place to eat when we want chicken. I had a picture but I can't find it will take a picture next time for a review.“
“Well, I've lived in Waycross maybe 13 years ago and left to go back home what I made family there, my pastor passed away and I was in town went into the gas station to get a 5-hour energy drink and a car wash where the cashier was very helpful and making my decision of which cycle to use $17 and this car washing machine is the best and the very helpful cashier.. thank you..“
“This particular Wendy's has a tendency to not give the customer a receipt at the end of the purchase. This is particular to the drive through and look at you like you're crazy for asking for a receipt. The customer service skills at the Waycross store is deplorable during the evening.“
“Service was pretty quick. Definitely recommend going inside vs going in drive thru. Food was fresh and hot. I ordered chicken tenders and they were moist like they are supposed to be, but also not really any flavor to them. They come with sauces which works but generally speaking the chicken just tasted plain. Overall a decent place to get a quick bite but not somewhere you wanna go for high quality chicken“
“First time I have ever ate here and I would recommend to anyone. Great clean restaurant with amazing service. Linda and Zaira are awesome. They were so patient and kind with my 3 year old and checked on us several times. If I am ever in the area again will definitely stop and eat.“
