When I got my food there was no toy in my happy meal I ordered a 6 price nugget and got 4 pieces only.

Its a McDonald's. Staff isn't the most friendly. One crew member was very polite and helpful he was cleaning the lobby and was the nicest and most helpful.

1st order sit wait for 10 mins then I get next order same sandwish waiting exta time to 15 mins waiting next order no way they forgot to fry the hashbrown down waiting fir fry then cold food sandwishes ppl mad enough to hold some cant hold tooto wait ,,, money back and close this business bad services

My Mc chiken was very hard and tased nasty and they didnt give me a burger that I paid for
My food is always cold; the wait times are horrid: brought this up with the manager one time and she simply said "then go elsewhere." I usually love McDonald's to the point of collecting happy meal toys; but I go way outta my way these days just to avoid this particular McDonald's. I'd rate zero stars if they let me.

I don’t really come to this McDonald’s much but when I have just here recently , every time always disappoints. Most if not all of the staff are very rude and Unprofessional. There’s always a common denominator and every situation and McDonald’s on Memorial Drive would be it. 10 out of 10 Do NOT go spend your $$ there.

Stayed in here 30 minutes and finally told them to give me my money back I had to go and they did. The lady's said they were working on the drive thru but we was inside. The manager apologized and we was out never to return.

Worst McDonalds experience I've ever had. I was never greeted at the speaker just told to "go ahead and order" after sitting at the speaker for a few minutes. I pulled through to the pay window where a woman was standing with her back to the window and eventually just left. I waited at that window for a few more minutes thinking shed come back . Then I pulled up to the window to get my food and Waited some more all while listening to the crew laughing and joking. My boyfriend pulled in a little after me to order the new frappe and he was never greeted and he was skipped. We waited another 20 minutes for just the frappe. When we got home the food is absolute trash. This burger patty has been sitting way to long before given to me and it's missing onions. If I could give no stars I would this is garbage. Highly disappointed and do not recommend this location!! This is not the first bad experience I've had with them. I do not agree with "If you don't like it go somewhere else". No I wanted to go there I spent my money there. I should be able to eat anywhere and not get treated like that. And no they weren't busy they were just lazy if you can all stand around making jokes and let me sit at the window that means you're being lazy.
