“I’ve had nothing, but good experiences here. The one time there was an issue, they fixed it. Today we went and it was such a wonderful experience. The waitress was so nice, had the best attitude and kept our drinks full. We ate Buffett and I asked about the pizza and they made a pizza to accommodate our needs (I didn’t even ask them to, I just asked what type of meat was on the buffet and mentioned we don’t eat pork and they immediately made a pizza for us). As we were finishing up, a fresh pizza made to accommodate our preference was placed on the buffet. That may seem small to some, but was huge in my eyes. The manager was so nice and everyone there was a joy. I will go more often just because of the wonderful environment. Thank y’all!“

“I will be completely honest in this review. I enjoy pizza as much as the next man. I don't really care for Domino's or pizza hut because the bottom of the pizza, the bread is always so oily / greasy. In my opinion the taste of them does not come close to compare to the taste of a papa John's.
Now on 9/9/24 I order I ordered a "custom pizza" with New York style bread. I ordered it with multiple veggies & meats and extra sauce. When I go it, it was missing some of then items I ordered and for what iyems i ordered there was very very little amounts of those items put on the pizza. Due to the distance from my home and papa John's I did not return it, but I suggest everybody ordering from papa johns check your order before leaving the store.“

I placed an online order and when I arrived to pickup my order it was not completed and was advised that there was an additional wait time. She was the only employee working at the store (taking walk-in orders, preparing orders, and answering the phone). There was a group of linemen placing orders as I arrived and due to our area being affected by Hurricane Helene I requested that their orders be prepared ahead of mine. She was extremely nice and knowledgeable and provided a great experience despite the fact she was working“
