This is my second time traveling through Waycross and stopping at this location for lunch. I’ve been thinking about that salad bar since the first time I came through. We had the same server both times and I wish I would have caught her name. She was friendly and attentive to any need we had checking on us regularly. My daughter and I both had the salad bar and a burger. Everything was fresh, fast, and tasted great!

Probably our worst experience at a Ruby Tuesday! Salad bar was sparse-learned later they didn’t have one the night before because “the coolers went down”. Fortunately what was there didn’t seem spoiled. I’m sure all the Rubys use a map where to plan salad bar items as they are consistent. This one was haphazard with pasta buy the lettuce for example.i chomped down on an olive pit as well. There were 5 people at the bar. Our bartender didn’t offer water, get us silverware, seemed to not hear when we asked for another beer or the check. She was pretty inattentive IMHO but was proud she could fill a beer glass to the top. We frequently visit town but we will skill this restaurant.

3/20/25....My friend Tere, took me to Ruby Tuesday's for lunch. We were greeted at the door with a smiling and friendly face. Her name was Angela. It was very refreshing. Food was served in a timely manner. Angela checked in on us regularly to see how we were doing. Very friendly service.Thank you

Service was poor,short staffed and crew was frustrated. Food was good but took a long time to get. Waited a long time to get drinks every time.

I will never come back here again. Had to wait 20 mins to get our drinks. Was told they had apple juice for my daughter and then was told they didn't. I asked for longer straw for drink. Didn't have those either. Waited a super long time for our food and it was dead in there. Staff was nice.
I arrived shortly after 11. We were seated very quickly and assisted immediately. Our server Miyah was wonderful! She kept us with refills & condiments without us even asking. She was just overall great. And the food was also great. Served hot and fresh

The manager Angela and all of the servers gave excellent service to our party of 20! They fit us right in (and at the same table!) and made sure we were taken care of! Definitely recommend if you have a larger party, everywhere else we called and they would not fit us in or put us in the same area.

Check your ticket closely before you pay. Used a BOGO from the app last night (valentines Day) at around 5 PM. Charged for both entrees. Did not notice until much later. Server (1735) was less than attentive.

Salad bar is always depleted and not maintained. Have to always ask for them to bring stuff out. The deconstructed chicken kabobs are not kabobs... just slices of grilled chicken. They were ok, but the veggies were too crunchy. Table service was good, and drinks replenished timely. Desert was a disappointment as the turtle cheesecake was frozen solid, and we had to cut it with a knife. It should have been thawed before serving.
