I like salads and can't be the only one,that being said ,since it's the first thing the customer see entering the door it should be 5 star.Wilted lettuces are not appetizing.The music was distracting,the TV's were not on anything that could elicit a conversation,and by way I didn't even get the hostess or my server's names.Note to management,if you're going to have a conversation in the kitchen...don't do it in front of the service window!

Right now, we are literally walking out. The salad bar should have been our first indicator that something is terribly wrong here. Hardly any lettuce and any of the containers, when I asked if they had any mushrooms or onions, 5 minutes to come out and tell me they didn't have any? The tartar sauce that came with my husband's meal was literally rank! He picked up the shrimp, took a bite of it and threw it down. I had requested and I got that wrong. That was okay. Then I slightly cut into what was supposed to be a rare ribeye. That was not a ribeye steak. It was a sirloin steak that was overcooked and had absolutely no spices of any kind on it. I had ordered a loaded baked potato. What I got was a baked potato that had been warmed in the microwave with cheese thrown on it. That's it. There was absolutely so much wrong with our experience tonight in the front of the house that I can only imagine the disaster that is the back of the house! I don't do well when it comes to being this dissatisfied and having worked in the food industry for as long as I have, I knew better than to go any further with that meal. I tipped our server, Lily, $5, and left my husband and daughter in there to explain why we were leaving. The manager was 100% under the influence of alcohol and you could smell it reeking off of him. I'm not engaging with that. The hostess was completely unsurprised when my husband asked for the regional managers phone number and name. The manager was too intoxicated to offer any of that information. Please do yourself and your family a favor and don't set foot in the Ruby Tuesday's in Waycross Georgia. Your health

We ordered drinks at the bar and The bar server and service was outstanding… Once we were seated at our table, we waited 30 minutes or longer for the food. The food was cold, and our server only came to the table once after bringing the food. We put in a drink order and she never came back… 🫣🧐 The service was very disappointing

My experience at this restaurant is not very humble. Starting with the service, there should be more assistance in the kitchen. Moving forward to the food, not fresh at all as well with the meat choices. Also; the seasoning is not could be parable in combination to the food dish.In conclusion; the atmosphere/environment could be more entertaining and not dull.
