I’m not sure of their names but the two young girls that were working tonight (3/29/24) are excellent! Their customer service is some of the best I’ve seen in Waycross in a while! Props to those two ladies for their service tonight!!

Dirty, dirty and dirty, the lettuce was old, all pinkish, I had to ask the lady to change the salad and get a fresh one.And very SLOW

Awful place! No tomatoes at 7pm! Very old bread! It was like a Cracker! No music playing. No bags! Poor attitude! I knew had a feeling not to go in there...what happened to Subway? They don't screen anyone to work there...they hire anyone. Hire people you would want to make your food. Don't hire someone to help them. It's business not a charity work place...
I didn't get the chance to get our servers name but at 11:50 and I got the sweet teriyaki onion and my friend had the tuna melt and our server was super sweet and kind to us! Our food was also delicious thank you!!! ?

This is the worst subway I have ever eaten at they didn't let the sub toast but 30 seconds and the chicken was cold and under cooked the bacon was raw and they acted like it was killing them to fix our food don't waste your blinker fuild going to subway in Waycross GA their ?I would give them a mines on

This place is so unprofessional, from the way they answer the phone to the lack of concern for paying customers food getting out to them in a timely manner. I had a call in order that was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, I was actually minutes late puling up and it still wasn't prepared. This woman's excuse, I'm guessing the manager, was that they are so busy they forgot as she's taking my money. It took everything in me to tell her about herself but I'm truly learning these people in South East GA just don't care how they treat paying customers. I rarely order out because of my vegan diet so I was picking this up for other people.

Why is it on Friday afternoon, that I can't get a drive thru order because the ONLY employee has 8 door dash orders? You would think there would be more than ONE employee working. I love subway but they lost a sale. I'm there with $$ but the poor employee wouldn't take my order because she had to prepare the door dash orders. Can't do any better..,..shut it down!
