I was not to impressed with Surcheros. I don’t know if it was the steak or the cook but the steak had a close resemblance in appearance to Pedigree can dog food. The tea didn’t taste fresh at all very almost musky taste of a broken tea bag that sat in too long but first impressions mean a lot and i don’t think I’ll return unfortunately with the two things I enjoy the most being tanted with the bad taste in my mouth.

Lazy kids are either too lazy to wait until 10:30 to turn their open sign on and just do it before they actually open, or they are too lazy to turn it off before they leave the next day. Wasted my time. Its 10:12 when this picture was taken, we first saw it around 10:00.

OMG this place always smells like sewage every time I try to come eat here it churns my stomach and I throw my food out

Update - 4+ months and my family and myself still haven't returned.

Been going to this location about once a week since they opened up many years ago. Mainly because of the green salsa which is my favorite at this location. I ordered my same burrito as I have for years with extra chips. I requested as I do everytime a empty medium styrofoam dip cup as it's a lot easier to fill up instead of a bunch of the little plastic ones. In all the years of going I've never had a problem until the lady told me yesterday they don't give those out free and they are only for the cheese dip so she can't give me one. It may seem like a small thing but if a regular customer like myself isn't worth a 5 cent styrofoam cup I will just take my business elsewhere.

The food and service is usually good but night shift for whatever reason was super slow and there was zero ergency among the staff. The manager on shift kept using her phone while on the line with the same gloves on then proceeded to handle food. Everyone just seemed miserable and it didn’t create a very friendly environment. Anytime before 4pm seems to be the best time to go.

Food is always amazing! I wish drive through was still open for ordering at the window, instead it's app orders only. There's enough parking that window ordering could still be done if each car was given a number after placing their order, they park in the number and then food is brought our when ready. Just a suggestion.

Vegetarian options: All the veggies you could ask for as far as taco & burrito options

Dietary restrictions: Pretty accommodating to all dietary restrictions.

If you want the best food you ever put in your mouth, here it is. The burritos are only the beginning of the goodness they offer. The food is indescribably fresh! It’s truly fuel that will keep you smiling, and coming back :)

1st time ordering, we recently moved here from Orlando and used doordash. I'm not sure about service or atmosphere. Everything tasted really good, rice wasn't hard, and Bowl had a bit of everything. Nothing in MY order was too spicy ??? I didn't add too much, fearing some of them would be like the corn, etc. The beef burrito was spicy for my son. Maybe I'll try other items. and just as ordered. best salsa I've had in a few, and that cilantro sauce was really good, too. It's a bit pricey but I enjoyed

The tacos were cold. There was a little bit of lettuce in the bottom of the container. Portions were small. Never again! Staff are useless.

Horrible service. The food was terrible. I was just disgusted. My fiance took two bites of his burrito, and he vomited.
I will never recommend this place to anyone.
