Waited almost an hour for a dine in order with less than 5 food items, while watching cars pull through the drive thru as quick as the employees can slap the food together, ridiculous customer service and complete lack of management.

The cashier was friendly, and respectful. Didn't wait for our food long. Bathroom was clean, and so was dinning areas.

Everytime I have came to get food recently, they ALWAYS forget something or the food is cold. On my last visit they forgot multiple things, pulled me up to wait for fries, and then, upon receiving my food, literally EVERYTHING was cold INCLUDING my nacho fries. I don’t know how the management keeps letting lazy employees get away with this. (Not to mention the poor attitudes of some of the employees (mainly back of house) (this is an update the lady who was working the window was EXTREMELY rude and should NOT have this job if she’s gonna treat customers shitty)

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The customer service was completely unacceptable. the Little blonde girl working the drive-thru was rude, dismissive, and rushed me through my order. I specifically ordered two large drinks but was handed two small ones instead.
To make matters worse, the food was poorly prepared. The cheese on my meal wasn’t even melted, and the overall quality was far below what I would expect from this restaurant.
It’s frustrating to spend money on a meal and receive both bad service and subpar food. Management needs to address these issues immediately to prevent other customers from having the same experience.

Taco Bell was my very 1st job waaaaay back. The thing I always got was a chicken soft taco with sour cream. It's been a long time since I've had one, and today I was kind of disappointed. It wasn't even close to the same as it was...not to mention ONE taco & a small Dr pepper was over $7!!!! Oh well-sorry taco hell. I won't be coming back. The staff I dealt with there thru the drive thru were really nice & personable though. My compliments to them!

Went to Taco Bell. Worst experience ever. I only ordered 2 burritos online. Got them and when I got home they had no meat on either one. Never going back to Taco Bell in Waycross GA again!!

I would reconsider ordering from here. I watched workers take off their gloves pull up their pants put more gloves on without washing their hands and then touch food and begin to pull up their pants again with the gloves on and didnt change them or even wash their hands after pulling their pants up with the gloves on. That is very disgusting.

After waiting for 1 hour for the order, we ordered 6 boxes and NEVER RECEIVED BOX, the ignorant woman who attended us delivered ALL together in one single bag WITHOUT CHALUPAS, only 4 Burritos, 4 Drinks, 2 Soft tacos in one wrap being for different people because there were 6 and 2 hard tacos, where there were 6 Box orders containing: Chalupas, Tacos duros, drinks, burritos and snacks. In the end, we had to throw away the burritos that were super bad and tasteless, the drinks were not the ones we ordered, they were lemonade and they gave us sweet cold tea and the hard tacos were missing 4 and the chalupas never received them, we went to ask and the woman did not even know what a chalupa was and having delivered our erroneous order! Too slow, NO EXPERIENCE, NO ANYONE OF RESPONSWES OR KNOW WHAT SELL !! NOT RECOMMENDING IT DO NOT LOSE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY
