Walked in to order. Was told I had to use the Kiosk because they did not schedule a cashier. Placed order on the kiosk and watched the, what I assume was the manager, she refused to give me her name and title, play on her phone while fussing at the 2 employees that was making the food to hurry up. After 15 minutes of me standing there watching them handle drive thru orders. She told them to make the lobby order next. So do not go inside thinking it will be faster, they ignore the lobby orders to services the drive thru.

Went through the drive through to order food for my family. Ordered several items and realized I forgot to order drinks for my kids when I got to the window and saw she was making the other drinks (bc they came with a combo) I asked if I could add two drinks to my order and she rudely stated they couldn’t add anything at the window. Then she only gave me one drink. I told her I had another and she gave me a smaller size. I told her I ordered two mediums and she said I only paid for 1 medium. After leaving I find my receipt, 1 paid for 2 mediums like I said. And 1 large. Also, didn’t give me any straws or the mild sauce we asked for. Very frustrated. Mistakes happen but it was the attitude and zero customer service that got to me.

Missing half my items and then they wanted to have an attitude when I came back to get my food. How can you make me drive 40 minutes to come back and get my food remade and then OFFER A REFUND AND I GO HOME HUNGRY? way to ruin someone's night for no reason

Came thru got 2 stackers a crunch wrap supreme and a spicy potato. Didnt get the crunchwrap or our fire sauce, when we came back up they were only serving tacos and nachos and offered a refund with an attitude. Awful experience and its 99% of the time when I come to this tacobell that my order is wrong, the staff is rude, and the environment is awful. If the Gm cant do their job and staff the restaurant why are they open. Its ridiculous. The girl in the window with red hair was extremely nice the entire time but its just not acceptable.

Hit or miss. Mostley nuce people but rarely is our order correct. If your serious about your taco sauces. Check your bag. They rarely get anything but mild in the bag.

I came through drive through today. The girl at the drive through had a bad attitude . I told her thank you at the box after I had placed my order , I got no response from her you’re welcome or anything . When I pulled up to the window , she told me how much with an attitude . I gave her my card she took it and then poked it back at me . Never even acknowledging thank you or your order will be ready in a minute . When she brought me the order , she shoved it out of the window at me. I said “thank you “ she didn’t say anything and closed the window . Needless to say , I won’t be back at that Taco Bell anytime soon . These young workers forget we pay their salary . They need to at least say thank you when you are their customer .
By the way this was Taco Bell in Waycross ga .so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want customer service , because it doesn’t exist here , at the drive thru .
