The first 6 months after opening the food and service was very good. But I just waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches after ordering from the app. The grilled chicken sandwich which was good but they had a promotion for a free fried chicken sandwich on the app. It was awful, undercooked batter and was room temperature. No apologies were offered for waiting 30 minutes and it smelled like marijuana in the lobby. There was no other customers in the lobby until about 15 minutes after I ordered and they got their food before me. Not sure what the problem was that day but after that experience Im not sure I will be back for a while! And that's a shame because its the only fast food place that offers a decent grilled chicken sandwich.

This place was horrible! We waited for over 20 minutes to get our food after ordering through the drive thru. They asked us to pull forward they'd bring it out to us. Well, after the initial 20 minute wait and me laying on the horn, they came out and asked us what it was we ordered, we told them then we waited another 10 minutes for them to bring it out. I told them id never stop here again and ill leave a review on google warning people about you and your service. As we drove down the road and ate, my daughter and I got sick from the food. We felt fine before we stopped and about 20 minutes after eating we were sick. We still had a 4 hour trip home with two little kids in the car! Needless to say the rest of our ride was miserable! Got home and we both vomited throughout the night. We got food poisoning from this place!! So beware the service sucked, their food was shitty (we eat at bojangles where we're from, never any issues), and they acted like they did us a favor by bringing our food to us eventually. They also just replaced a sauce, not of my choosing without my consent, saying they had no ranch. I thought this was an in house dressing? Ours makes it in the restaurant!! Horrible horrible horrible!!! If I could give them a -5 * I would. The only thing good about this place was the drive thru ordering kiosk, you didn't have to listen to the crackling and stuttering of someone on a head set to order. But I still wouldn't eat here again!! Take heed, this place will ruin your day!!!

Usually when I go to Bojangles the drive thru worker is usually just not nice at all. No kind of customer service, they don’t speak nor do they say thank you just rude! But this mourning the new worker was very nice and she greeted me with kindness, very nice young lady! I asked was she new she said yes. Her name is Victoria! Thank you for having great customer service skills!

The experience of ordering is trouble 3 customer left in the time I was waiting on my on top of i waited 30min for my food with another 15 min waiting to talk to some one cause they never made it after I ordered it I would not come back to this one the ones in agusta are so much better and faster

Well let’s see, I walked in and 5 ppl were standing waiting. Half ordered the other half waiting to order. The 3 workers didn’t even acknowledge people walking in much less take their order. The manager was texting on her phone. The woman making biscuits was just standing looking through the window mumbling go away. The drive through had atleast 15 cars in line. Yall are a brand new to waynesboro and yall already have so many issues. I waited for 10 mins and didn’t even order I left and took my business elsewhere!! Get it together!

From a fast food manager’s point of view, I will not be returning to this location. Not only were the fries old and hard but also part of my order was missing so I went back through the drive thru, after 40 minutes of waiting i finally get back to the window just to be told that my missing order would have to be cooked and I’d have to wait longer and that I should have come inside. After explaining i could not come in i then asked to just get a refund and was once again told I’d have to come inside. So now I’m out food and money since I paid for something i did not receive. If that was my crew they would be terminated immediately!

It's a new restaurant in town! The food is fresh when it comes out. You can get a chicken Biscuit at ANY TIME OF DAY!!

Exactly what to expect from this franchise!

You may have to wait as they have to cook chicken though!
