My husband who is using a walker because of recent spine surgery took my adult special needs son to lunch at this burger king yesterday 7/12/25. Ordered and sat down to eat in the empty restaurant. My husband's order was wrong and he went back to the counter to have this corrected. When he got back to the table our son was choking. Literally. Food lodged in his throat and he was turning grey. My son was blue. Several employees stood there and did nothing. The manager called 911. My husband is not big enough to do the heimilc maneuver as my son is 6 ft and much larger than his Dad. Even though it's ultimately our responsibility to help and care for our kid's at all times. However, this establishment that has a poster (about CHOKING) on the wall and had several that could have helped. But did nothing. STOOD there just staring. Thank God my husband was able to single handley beat my son on the back hard enough between the shoulder blades to dislodge the food. It was a horrifying experience and the paramedics arrived after it was over. If you work in a restaurant and you see someone choking. Do you not help them ?? The food apparently was awful as well. Do not recommend this place at all.

Lazy workers ignore customers. They have mo customers because the drive through is down and won't take orders at the window. Won't even engage the customer. Looks at them and walks away. Poor poor poor
