There’s a lot of difference from the regular Dunkin and this Dunkin, there no hygiene, they never put on gloves while preparing the coffee or food.

Great store, when I found it was in my area I've made thus my goto for coffee. I've been here a few times so far, and the staff have always been super nice. Infact, I am heading there in the morning on my way out to work lol. Can't wait!

Please put your lids on your coffee good . On last Thursday my wife coffee lids wasn't on good . Coffee fell into her lap she got burn very bad.

I don’t know what’s been up with this location lately but it’s gotten bad. I used to never have an issue with my drinks and now it seems they are getting them wrong consistently. Apparently it’s one of the managers making the drinks wrong and she’s very rude when you take them back to be corrected! Do better!

Horrible experience this morning! I Ordered a signature caramel craze latte, which came out to be six dollars and some change. When I got to the window I was charged $40 for some donuts that I did not order. I was trying to be understanding because people make mistakes until when she was trying to fix it. She done it a second time for an eight dollar meal that was not mine. She then informed me after her third time swiping my card that she had made two mistakes prior to the third time of swiping my card, and that the $48 would be back on my card within 2 to 5 business days.I asked for a receipt of her mistakes. She informed me that she could not give me a receipt that I only could take pictures of them & then give them straight back to her. I’m glad I was somebody that could afford for her to make these continuous mistakes while just assuming that it was no big deal. Not everyone can afford nearly a $50 mess up. & also If the money came out of my account, the least you could have done was give me the receipts, very unprofessional.

Food did not come out as ordered, had to wait for food as others received their items before mine was completed.There were several young people who were polite but could hardly hear bc of they didn't speak up.The place was somewhat disorderly needed cleaning and there were a lot of people working.I feel as though more customer training for their staff and they would likely improve over all rating.

Staff wasn’t friendly and food wasn’t good. This is the first time I have come here that food wasn’t good. Hot chocolate was very hot. I will give it another try and if things change I’ll change my star rating.
