I went to buy some donuts, and I noticed all the donuts were super hard and stale and looked like they been sitting for months or years in the same spot. As I was asking this employee questions who was a medium height girl, wore glass, red braids, and dark complexioned, she had a terrible attitude rolling her eyes at me while on her phone gossiping and then when I asked her for the manager she told me the manager was not there and then lied about the managers name. I will never be going there ever again and me and my family completely stopped going there just because of how I was treated as a customer. She clearly did not enjoy her job and shouldn't be working there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We stopped on 1.11.26 around 6. They were not busy. The 2 counter girls were not very happy to be there. No greeting, couldn't answer basic questions about the drinks. Instead of speaking, we got shoulder shrugs and head nods. On top of that, I ordered a hot medium caramel macchiato and they gave me an iced... then had an attitude when making it correctly and refused to refund the 19 cent difference. If they had been pleasant I wouldn't have cared about the overcharging. Still didn't make the hot one correctly ...

Every time I come here to get a dunkalatte, they fill it leaving an inch or more of room at the top. If I’m paying for a drink, I expect it to be full. This isn’t a one time thing, this happens every time. Disappointing.

They were able to scrape up 6 glazed.Doughnuts, the only raising I bought them because the kids were fussing about wanting donuts. God only knows how old they were.
