Went yesterday and ordered a mcdouble, this super employee at the window asks me did I pay for it and I said yeah. “Oh show me a receipt” like I got to lie. So I said no big deal girl, I can tap again if you need me to and yall stuff not working. Which was okay cause someone hit a powerline down the road. This lil girl charged me again, mind you not long after that, the first transaction went through again. So I return today and the manager tells me “oh you got to dispute”. No apology non none. All im gone say is, I see why this ends up being careers for alot of them lol

My app told me to go by and get a dollar chicken McNugget. On the way home. Pat decided to make the stop just to have something in my stomach before dinner. Very disappointed. The fries were very good, but my Mcflurry was not mixed at all. The oreos crumbs were just dumped on top of a pile of ice cream. I stirred it in with my spoon, but it's representative of the overall experience. The dining room was not very clean either. My order did arrive quickly, but the sandwich was much smaller than I expected it to be. After applying a 20% deal, I paid $11 and still feel ripped off. This McDonald's is but a shadow of all that a McDonald's could be

The young lady who was working the drive thru cashier on Monday (10-7-24) morning should have stayed home, but the lady who was passing out the food at the drive thru is always customer friendly.

Worst treatment ever. All staff were rude to us. When we ordered at the kiosk, it said to get a table number and food would be delivered. When our food was ready, they apparently called our ticket number. Expecting our food would be delivered, we were not listening. She then YELLED at the top of her lungs "881!! Apparently these people must not be hungry" We then looked at our ticket and went to get the food. She was obnoxious as she shoved it over the counter. Returning to ask for an extra order of fries that had been omitted, a different staff member rolled his eyes and shoved them at me without speaking. Another customer came in yelling loudly because of the way he was treated at the drive thru. Apparently she was on her phone while he was trying to correct his order. After he left, they all giggled and laughed at him. There was standing water on the floor that no one ever tried to clean up.
I don't like doing a "whiny customer" review, but the crew at this McDonald's treats their customers so poorly that I have no choice.
Where to begin...
The staff are hostile, rude, and condescending. There were multiple other customers who had issues with the useless children running the Thursday night shift. One gentleman got so upset in the drive-through that he came in to shout at the staff.
I watched another young woman on the staff making out with her boyfriend in the dining area. It appears on-site crotch fondling is allowed in the new employee handbook??
When we came in, there was a large water spill that seemed to be coming from the area of the soda machines. There was a shop vac sitting there with the hose lying in the puddle. In the entire time we were there watching the circus, not one employee made any attempt to dry the area. Safety is not something that concerns them. I guess they were too busy coming up with new ways to piss off their customers.
I assume they have a shift leader. That person needs to be fired. They are allowing this to happen. It needs to stop before someone gets hurt or a lawsuit happens, or both.

After my order was taken the girl went over to the landing zone and just leaned over it and started looking at her phone and talking to the other person assy the order for dt. After I received my order I asked for salt and she just turned around towards dt. Never did get the salt. The floors were dirty both behind the counter and in lobby. I peeked thru the barrier and the ledge behind the McCafe area was disgusting with dirt, spills and paper. I will not be going back. You've lost my business....
