Drew is what this McDonalds needed!! Talk about upbeat positive attitude. I was so surprised at her enthusiasm , manners, and positive vibes in her voice. Big Thank You Drew for bringing a positive up beat attitude at your job!!!!!

Order was not right. Worst customer service I've ever had at a McDonald's by the person who gave us our order. No ice in our tea and then tried to charge me when I asked for a cup of ice.

Ordered 3 meals. Tried to ring us up for 4 meals. Once they got that fixed. They had 2 of our drinks wrong. Size of meals wrong. The 3 nugget meals we ordered, we asked for ranch & the new sweet chili sauce. Only put ranch in the bag. So asked for the chili sauce at the window. They were hesitant to give it to us. Then only gave us 1. McDonald’s needs to send all their employees through Chick-fil-A training program. Haven’t been to any McDonald’s in years that has ever gotten the order correct & had polite respectful employees. Maybe employees would get paid more if they could do the job right & with a decent attitude

Went yesterday and ordered a mcdouble, this super employee at the window asks me did I pay for it and I said yeah. “Oh show me a receipt” like I got to lie. So I said no big deal girl, I can tap again if you need me to and yall stuff not working. Which was okay cause someone hit a powerline down the road. This lil girl charged me again, mind you not long after that, the first transaction went through again. So I return today and the manager tells me “oh you got to dispute”. No apology non none. All im gone say is, I see why this ends up being careers for alot of them lol

My app told me to go by and get a dollar chicken McNugget. On the way home. Pat decided to make the stop just to have something in my stomach before dinner. Very disappointed. Cold and old smell like old grease and taste awful. Very disappointed & still driving home hungry. But not worth turning around & explaining. Sunday 11/10/24 at 3:45
