We had wonderful service from the time we entered the door until we left. The street tacos and guacamole were outstanding! I also love the painted mural with the country scene and other paintings by the same artist and the parades of many painted peaches on one of the wall, a fun touch. Pleasant, pretty and clean, a very comfortable dining experience and great food.

Waited 20 minutes after we ordered to inform me they were out of part of a dish I ordered. Waitress recommended a substitute and I waited another 10 minutes while I watched the other two in my party eat. My food was terrible and I was not impressed.

Wow, Peach Pit, what a find in a small town! Great food and service. Ordered the Carne En Su Jugo; a simple chicken and rice dish, but it had a flavor I've never experienced before. The fresh tortillas were great, but best of all was the Chocolate Flan, a combination of flan and a chocolate cake.....a must try. If in Waynesboro, give this place a try.

We were traveling thru the area and decided to stop in for lunch. I admit the name "Peach Pit" lured us in there. I didn't really pay attention to the word "Cantina" so we were surprised to see that the Peach Pit was a Mexican restaurant. Turns out it was a very nice place with good food, fair prices and good service. My recommendation to management would be to train hostess how to be more welcoming to customers. We felt like we were being a nuisance and were not really welcome.

Refused the food; nachos were swimming in a bowl of grease and juice. Toppings were lunch leftovers. Our drink order, 2 caddy margaritas, were never made. We asked for the bill and said thank you.
