Me and my mom went to get a soda from Sonics, and we saw a big gray rat running out of Sonics when one of the girls came out to give a customer their food. Then when my mom went to inform the girl about the gray rat the girl said she didn't care and walked away like she was angry and other customers seen the rat run under someone's car. This is unacceptable, unsanitary, filthy, and a health violation. Nobody wants to eat food that a rat was running on or chewing on. That rat was not little it was big and for an employee to not care and get angry at customers for seeing it was ridiculous. A health inspector needs to do some investigation. Me and my mom quickly left without a drink, and we plan to never eat or drink there ever again.

Chicken wrap was tiny pieces of very hard leftover chicken. Gross. Completely gross. They have to do better. Not wroth a cent that I paid.

The service suxed and the kids working on Saturday night August 23, 2025 we're so very rude. I drive up and mashed the red button and sat 15 mins to no avail. Moved to drive thru and sat another 10 mins. Moved to another stall mashed the red button ...nothing... Finally got waited on...ordered...got my food, got home and it wasn't even what I ordered... Need new employees and managers on duty that care

I came to order a Oreo blast no one took my order so I drove around to the drive thru , no one took the order so I went to the window , the girl sat there looked at me and didn’t come to the window their customer service is horrible !

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a sonic. It took 45 minutes to get a double cheese combo and I had to go get it myself. Gave me no straw for my drink no napkins. I WILL NEVER BE BACK... and they were rude. Employee with fake blonde hair has a nasty attitude probably has something to do with me being white!BS

I just tried one of their smash burgers. Spot on good. Seems a little pricy against the Steak n Shake 499 deal but is was good.
The person that was taking my order got my whole order wrong two times I came back and ordered it again. She still got it wrong, but I didn’t say nothing and I made it really clear that I wanted chili cheese all my tater tots, but all they gave me was tater tots and then the first time I came, they gave me A hotdog with chili cheese on it and I did not ask for that

Someone please explain to me how there’s 1 other car in this parking lot the screen said my order was otw 10 minutes ago after sitting here fo 20 minutes the staff is fighting and arguing so loud inside you can hear it from my car. Just got my order for two drinks and some tots but it’s wrong!!!! Worst experience at a fast food restaurant I’ve had in a long time. Slow and terrible service come on!!!!!!!
