They have good service however, we went there this morning around 11:28 and was waiting for the food. Every other car that came after us got their food first and it took them until 12:05 to tell us they lost our order. Usually they’re good but they were off today
Typically don't go through the drive thru because you might be sitting there for upwards of 15 mins an worker's may even see u but nobody answers or they can't hear you at all. You end up having to pull up to the window to order the line also great very long an you may have long wait times.
Good enough food, but the reason for my rating, all the employees are hardworking, and they get you what you need in an expeditious manner. Friendly , kind, and empathetic to your needs. Not sure all franchises are like this one, but they should be.
