I had stopped going to subway for 2 years because of terrible workers there but I recently went back because I saw new people was hired there. All the male cashiers and sandwich makers are really nice, and they fix your sub in the best way to make sure you are satisfied as a customer. I also see many of the male workers cleaning and keeping the place looking nice. The food is fresh and there are no flies and gnats like other Subways have. The only problem is this one sandwich maker girl who has been there for years. She has the worst attitude for no reason, and she cheats you out of meat on your sub but want to pile up veggies on purpose. I don't know her name, but she is brown complexioned, short, she has long light brown braids. Every time I come in there she is frowning at customers and getting an attitude snatching their sandwich and trying to over price their sub to be hateful. She has been working there for years but her attitude is diabolical and unacceptable. No customer wants a rude person fixing their food. So many times, I told her to put provolone cheese on my sandwich, and she choose to put white cheddar cheese instead. Then when I tell her a cold cut deluxe, she gives me a thin layer of meat and tries to stack it up to pretend it's more meat but really, she is folding the meat a few times. Me and my mom always been loyal customers and I feel like that lady don't need to work there if she is going to act like that. She needs to learn manners and respect. As for the other workers they are doing excellent!

Google hours show they close at 10 as well as their sign on the door. Got here at 9:32 and they said they were closed as their “hours varied” on the weekend.. the place is an absolute joke!

This Subway will not accept Subway coupons, even though the coupons are sent to your house via the mail. I never had this issue before at any other Subway. It's redelicous. I will not visit this store ever again

Ordered on the app and it was not ready. Ordered when we were 30 minutes out so we could make it to the ball game in time. Ordered a protein bowl and they put a spoon in the bag.

So I placed an online order along with two of my coworkers. The money came out of my account but I didn't get a confirmation number like they did so I called. I was told my order was there to come and get it. I said "you are sure you have an order for a roast beef salad" I was told yes so I went to pick it up. My coworkers items were ready but the salad wasn't. I asked if it was being made, I was told there was no salad order online by the same person I called. I showed the money removed from my account by my bank for this subway and showed I called them and was told by who I am told is the manager the order came through. He said "Well if you people would learn how to use the app right this wouldn't happen. Pay me again and I will make your salad." I grabbed my two coworkers lunches and left, calling my bank shortly after and got my money returned for the order. I am told by a few others the 'manager' is often rude to others and I am not the first. Will hold off going here myself for a while. Never had an online/app order issue from here until now.
