Forgot a whole meal in my order. A Young male employee complained loudly as I pulled up because he had to go inside to do his jobs. The manager is rude and unprofessional. The only good experience was the sweet young lady working the headphone for the drive thru.

We stopped on our way to visit my friends wife in Augusta Rehab. I got a soft taco (made my way) and he got a cake. Was just what we needed for our drive up!

The food is very good and they added fries to my order And I recommend this place to still be open and the service were very kind and the ambiance was very sweet and true and I would recommend this place to have my food correct forever and I give a 100% A+.

If you care about your time then I would not attempt to eat at this establishment. I definitely stood at the counter for atleast 5 minutes while employees walked around on their phones and chit-chated. I even greeted one employee and shee just gave me the stank eye and kept moving.

Food portions? Toppings? I cant even tell if this is what i ordered because its just sauce and chicken. Gotta be the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too and my expectations for one aren't really high. This is ridiculous though. Rude and sketchy staff too

I can honestly say that the food was definitely fresh and delicious however the customer service and presence of the employees is VERY unprofessional. They definitely should implement a customer service class!

Horrible experience, horrible manager, we left without finishing our food because we felt our safety threatened. Started to call the local Sheriff's office but decided just to leave since the yelling and screaming seemed to be calming down. If you just have to satisfy your Taco Bell cravings, drive the 35 miles into Augusta!!

The food was good and it came out pretty quick it's a little confusing cause it's a taco bell k.f.c combo so you have to say whether your ordering one or the other. All in all not too bad.
I stopped at this Waynesboro Taco Bell/KFC for lunch on Monday (June 19th). The service was spectacular! Our food was cooked perfectly, and the restaurant was clean. It’s a rarity for this type of restaurant , so I had to leave a review. Thank you so much for the excellent food and excellent service. All Taco Bell/ KFC restaurants should follow their formula.

they don't call it Big Al's any more . it has a different name. ( Google is way behind, as usual. Don't get me started, please. )I had a pseudo- Cheese Cake Pancakes, and my wife had Scramble eggs with pancakes and bacon.I was disappointed, she said it was fine.There it is.
