In town for the Masters golf tournament. Enjoyed great service, good comfort food at very reasonable prices. Great local craft beer. Jocelyn was our waitress and her bright and cheerful personality made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable. The manager Robert came by and double-checked that everything was to our liking. If your looking for small town charm and down home friendly folks stop by the Rabbit Hole in downtown Waynesboro.

My little sister wanted to go eat here for her 14th birthday, so we took her and the family. Needless to say we got there 15 minutes before they where closing and they stayed open and were happy to serve us. The food was great and the owner gave my little sister a huge piece of Oreo cake on the house that was delicious! I definitely recommend this establishment super friendly staff and very generous owner that made you feel like you were eating out with family. A big thank you to the owner and her whole staff who stayed late made us feel welcome and made my little sister have a great birthday!!!!

Food was delicious and made to order. As far as staff, our waitress didn't come to us at all. The cook brought our drinks, menus and took our order then after she saw him take our order she walked over to take our order. I had the rabbit wrap with sweet potato fries and it was delightful. My husband had the wings and they were cooked to perfection.

We stopped in one Saturday afternoon with our baby to grab a bite while shopping downtown. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich. You can see the cooks from the table. They had two of them scrambling and they didnt seem organized nor did they seem to work well together. I watched one cook pull the chicken from the fryer and stick a thermometer in the breast then decide it was done. When my husband got his sandwich he cut it in half and it was solid pink inside and completely uncooked. They were shocked and scrambled to fix it. One of the cooks ask us if we would like a burger instead, the other scrambled making another chicken although they were standing next to each other they ended up making 2 chickens and a burger. Then the waitress who was oblivious asked how everything was after the whole debacle as we paid, she should have just apologized in some fashion not act like nothing happened. We were in there for over an hour and a half entertaining and feeding a baby as the staff could not get it together. We wont return.

We went last Friday 2/18 on the recommendation of friends who when it first opened. We both ordered the patty melt . Menu said burger patty, cheddar cheese and pimento cheese on Texas toast ( sounded delicious) . The waitress ( admittedly she was very nice and attentive) asked us if we wanted 1 patty or 2 we opted for just 1 not realizing they were more like slider patties. The cheese wasn't melted, I barely got a smear of pimento cheese and the bread was barely toasted. I got fries with mine and hubby ordered onion rings. Both were cheap frozen bag style. I heard that the original chef was really good but that quality has gone down hill since she left. I suggest you try to get her back or you won't last long. I'm giving 2 starts only because the waitress was good.

Only customers here at 8 tonight.. My husband and hid cousin came in here the other day. The service wasnt good but food was good. So we came back tonight.. I ordered a sausage dog and fries.. They were out of ketchup. My husband ordered a hamburger and onion rings. He received 5 onion rings...cousin ordered a patty melt and the patty was so small that he pretty much had just bread.. Ordered 10 wings, received 7.. Then brought us 2 more to make up to 10. Go figure...But the out of ketchup thing.. We were the ONLY customers. There were 2 wattreses.. You'd think one of them could have ran to Harveys and picked up some ketxhup.. Goodness gracious..

This locally owned business offers a nice down home atmosphere where you can socialize while watching the cook prepare your order. And since it's not fast food there is a wait. I had a cheeseburger with fries and it was fine.
