I will say this I get lots of businesses are struggling... HOWEVER... if they would put people in place to help benefit the Pickup it would be better. With that being said.... if you are not aqaduately staffed to offer pickup... TAKE IT OFF THE OPTIONS ONLINE.

I waited twenty minutes in line with just two people in front of me. then thirty minutes at customer service only to be told the computer was down trying to get a money order.

I am now on my 43 rd min of waiting on someone for sporting goods. Crazy. Waited 45 minutes to buy a gun then was told it was not for sale They did say they were sorry!!

I must say I have been shopping here since you opened , and never before have you treated me so kindly. They say adversity brings out what people are made of, and y’all are made of some good stuff. I am older, was shopping 0600 this morning and was out of groceries pretty bad. Lots of empty shelves but you had the necessities. Once my husband and I were standing to long in one place and twice an associate asked if we were ok? Our grey hair gave us away as a high risk group. We were fine, but never underestimate the impact of human kindness. Thank you for your hard work!!!
