“Good food served fast. Holcomb's is a Christmas tradition at our house. We have Holcomb's barbecue and stew every Christmas Day. Also, their barbecue sauce is the best! We've been going to them for 50 years. They've never disappointed us. I just wish they had more locations.“

“My cousin and I made the trek to Heavy's from Athens because we were intrigued by the pictures of the BBQ plate. We were not disappointed in any way. The portions were a gracious plenty, the service and staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was extraordinarily excellent. We've made it onr purpose to visit BBQ restaurants all over NE GA, and Heavy's was a most pleasant surprise. We loved the atmosphere, the people there, and especially the food. We will be back. The only negative is that its so far for us to drive, but the food is well worth the effort!“
