I ordered hot wings with fries. $17.00 for my meal, and the wings here are so small, with almost no meat on them that they weren't even edible and the fries are soggy. The diet coke didn't even taste right. This was a crazy expensive lesson. I used to love American Deli but never again.

I get home delivery & every time it's a great treat. The amount for the money is above & beyond. Flavors are great & I keep going back to them. I love the sandwich combo, wings on the side & their garden salads. Their is nothing I would change and no complaints at all. Keep up the good work, you have a constant return customer in me. I can't say that about other places I've ordered from so thank you for caring about your customers, it definitely shows...great food always.

I called my order in yesterday with no issues. I always order my American Deli wings Xtra crispy but these wings are SO tiny… they were inedible. the wings took up a quarter of the plate (in a little corner) and the rest of the plate was fries. The sauce taste different from the original hot wing flavor, the lemonade taste funny. literally nothing was right. I moved here from Atlanta a year ago and I will just stick to making my wings at home because this was nothing close to the real American Deli experience. This location is a rogue franchise deviating from the classic recipes, and it just doesn’t taste right.

While their food may be good the customer service is completely awful. I have recently been met with employees standing around on their phone at the counter, while you’re left standing there asking for someone to take your order. This is met with horrible customer service on the phone when you call and they immediately hang up before you even have a chance to say anything or when you ask to place an order and leave you on hold for 20 minutes just to hang up. Me and my wife have been going here for a while now, but this is our last time due to horrible customer service from the front end.

Good service with good food. Been here a couple times and the ladies up front have always been friendly and helpful. Orders go out fairly quickly as well. We have always taken our orders to go and everything is still hot and tasty. Our go to are the hot wings and wet lemon pepper. Surprisingly the philly sub is pretty good too.Not a fan of parboiled rice in the fried rice but the serving is generous. Good clean place to satisfy a craving. Will have to try more off the menu the next time we stop in.

Every time I order from here on Uber eats they ALWAYS CANCEL MY ORDER THEN THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! I order two hours before closing so they can’t say I ordered last min! Waste of time and don’t value any of their customers. It’s ridiculous. My orders are over $100 and they don’t care to answer the phone to tell me they cant make it. They are the worst!!!! DONT GO HERE !!!

We visit often but tonight is ridiculous! They gave my order to someone else. They asked me to wait for them to create it so I said okay. 30 minutes later, they did but made it with onions when I said no onions so almost 45 minutes here and still nothing. You need to get your front counter people in check instead of on their phone and talking.
