Got two sandwiches. The beef and cheddar tasted old and dry. The cheese was to much it was all over the paper and the sandwich was messy. Nuggets were hard and dried out.

I placed an order for 2 Arby's roast beef sandwiches through the app. They were ready when they were supposed to be. However, my husband went to eat them at work and they were PINK! Not cooked. I called and asked for a refund. They wanted to replace it. Heck no, I don't want food from somewhere that doesn't know how to cook. Now, because I used the app, I have to call that number in regards to getting a refund. So ridiculous. Train your people better. Or get people who know how to cook.

Didn't go in, so I can not comment on the atmosphere. The service was great. Don't usually eat out but had coupons for lamb Gyros, so I did a drive-by through the drive-through. It was delicious but very salty, thus the 4 stars on the food.

Very good service thru the drive thru, propt and friendly at window, which is rare these days but the young lady April was very pleasant and made our night a good one with fresh frys and food.
Service was fine but the food was NASTY!!! 21 dollars wasted.
